The location was fantastic! Right around the corner from pâtisserie, meat and cheese shops and cafes. Close to the metro. Quiet place but plenty of activity in the area. The owners were extremely helpful with information and check-ins with us throughout the stay.
Pairs was in a heat wave so we selected a place that had air conditioning., but the air conditioning was only in one bedroom and the living room. We ended up sleeping on a mattress in the main room floor and the pull out on the couch as the two other bedrooms were terribly hot. It wasn't really the fault of the location, but just be aware that two of the three bedrooms (and upstairs loft do not have air, but fans were provided).

Excellent location. Clean, comfortable beds. The youngest child really liked the special sleeping area. Very helpful and nice host. We would love to stay again.
Luggage storage on site would be helpful. But clear - this is not a hotel and we could easily find lockers nearby.

The location was perfection! The place is spacious (for Paris) and has everything you need. We fit 5 adults and 3 kids comfortably.
The pictures make it look bigger than it is. It is spacious but not what the photos show. The room upstairs is tiny, only children could fit in it.
