127 - Spacious 4BR in Montorgueil

The location is spectacular. I appreciate that I could get the general location (not the address) before booking. The apartment was as described. For example, there were four distinct bedrooms with doors, not areas cordoned off by fabric and called bedrooms. The beds were larger than anticipated and very comfortable. There were 12 of us, from age 5 to 68 and we were all accommodated well.

This is not a complaint, just an observation. Having available linen (towel) swap out for a fee would have been nice. We were there for 9 days. We laundered the towels ourselves and all was good. I consider this a first world problem. The towels were large and excellent. The absence of any refund policy made me reluctant to book this apartment far in advance, but we took the chance and it worked out. This is a commentary on the rest of the world, not the host. Some descriptions and photos of other accommodations available on booking sites are deceptive at best. This apartment was everything described and more.

Gostamos muito do edificio, o apartamento tambem estava muito bem, muito espaçoso. Bem localizado.

Falta de mobiliário no quarto e nas casas de banho para por nossos pertences.

Brilliantly located large apartment with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Functional plain space with 2 bathrooms which was great.

The apartment is very plain and a little soulless lacking in character but functions well. There were very little provisions - light bulbs were mission but they did sort this the next day for us. THere was only 1 fan. Kitchen has coffee and some teas but not even salt and pepper in the kitchen

Fantastisk beliggenhet og romslig leilighet.

Det var ganske skittent. Så ut som de hadde gjort ting veldig kjapt. Noen av sengelakene hadde flekker, og det var smuler i kanten rundt spisebordet. Sovesofaer i stuen hadde hull og var ødelagte pluss meget skitten. Vi orket ikke sitte i de. Badene var så som så... mye skitt og støv i kantene .Ødelagte skuff på badet. Vi måtte sjekke sengene for veggdyr da flere våknet opp med bitt. Med alt dette måtte vi også betale inn ett depositum på 500 Euro i forkant. Tok mange bilder da vi ankom for å dokumentere
