The living area, living room, TV sofa gives access to a very functional open kitchen and a friendly dining area for 8 people

- 1 Living room with sofa bed, coffee table

- 1 dining area with table and chair for 8 people
- A fully equipped open kitchen (hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, washing machine, etc.)
- 1 double bedroom with queen size bed
- 2 double queen size bedrooms with adjoining shower room (without toilet)
- 1 bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet
- 1 additional toilet
cleaning fee includes linens and towels for each guest and is carried out by a professional agent

Apartment very well located, in the heart of Paris, near rue Etienne Marcel and on the corner of rue Montorgueil, 5 minutes from the Grands Boulevards, 20 minutes from the Opera and 20 minutes from Beaubourg, on foot.
In this central and very lively district of Paris, you will find all your favorite shops and boutiques as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Supermarkets are also within walking distance of the apartment
It is also the district of all the Parisian theaters, the famous Grand Rex cinema and the famous Grévin museum.

Metro lines 8 and 9 Bonne Nouvelle at 149m
Metro lines 4, 8 and 9 Strasbourg-Saint-Denis at 224m

This apartment is in a good location walkable to shops and restaurants but tucked in a more private street without a lot of noise. The positives-walkable to two metro stations, shops, and restaurants; comfortable beds, clean apartment, pretty aesthetic decor, spacious bedrooms, big bathtub. The negatives- the common hallway to the apartment is dirty and looks quite neglected; the kitchenette faucet is poor quality and needs repair; some of the wallpaper is peeling from the wall; the main room closet is difficult to access due to malfunctioning sliding doors which also has a cracked mirror.

We stayed in the apartment for 12 days and it met all of our needs. Great location to everything! We took a train to Versailles and a van to Normandy and Giverny, but otherwise walked everywhere (Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle, Lourve, Latin Quarter, Opera House, Eiffel Tower, etc.) The beds were comfortable and the space was plenty for the four of us. I did not cook, but there was plenty of fridge space for snacks and drinks. Any questions were quickly answered by the manager. Great property!

This flat was exactly as described on the website. Great location and close to a metro station. Would stay here again on the next trip to Paris.
