Be aware of the 1000 euros security deposit requirement on arrival

The size of apartment was good and the location is not bad either.

We were asked to pay for a security deposit of 1000 euros on our arrival otherwise we won’t be allowed to have access to the apartment. Even we have fully paid our stay in advance. There was no prior information about this security bond, if we knew this we won’t have chosen this apartment. We were demanded to upload 2-4 photos per room to the link they’ve provided prior checkin and did the same on checkout. Not mentioning we didn’t feel comfortable to upload our passports through the link they’ve provided. After two days we have left the place we didn’t receive any confirmation if the checkout was all good and should we be released from our 1000 euros bond soon. We had to contact them to make sure we will not be charged with our security deposit, they replied saying they have received our photos and our security bond will expire on 31st January, 3 weeks after we have left the apartment! Not Happy Jane!

Lovely stay, location is excellent.

The location is amazing! So many restaurants, bars and shops locally. Walking distance to Louvre.

The property is lovely but a little tired. There are stains on the furniture, the kitchen cupboard are in need of repair and it’s not as fancy as the photos. The £1500 deposit is very steep!

Location was great and with a lot of entertainment facilities near by including night life. Loved the amenities in the room and the apartment was cleaned and with plenty of towels, though they don't get changed during your stay

Beds were too small, I would say felt smaller than a quin bed, washrooms as well were very small. Even though it was on the first floor of the building stairs to reach were so small, you could easy trip and definitively a drama when you are carrying luggage. From pictures I was expecting a bigger space with proper wardrobes, recommend you travel light if you intend to use this apartment. I was a family of six all adults as my four kids are grown ups, if this is your scenario than I wouldn't recommend . Point taken I got to know this after the first correspondence with the host and I could had canceled the booking though I thought beds would had been proper quin size 160*200, felt more 140*200

This amazing apartment was the highlight of our holiday! It wowed us from the moment we entered! It has everything you need inside, from making a bottle for your baby to a morning coffee to the grown ups! We chose this place over some 5 star hotels and had viewed over 50 properties on booking.com I’d highly recommend it to families with multiple children. What I enjoyed the most was the boutique shops, restaurants and fruit&vege shops at you door steps! Special thank you to the kind host who didn’t charge us for the vase my toddle broke accidentally🙂!

Merveilleux!

Great location in Paris city center, easy access to tourist attractions, restaurants etc. Large dining area just like shown in the pictures. Hosts were very helpful throughout the booking process.

One of the bedrooms is more of a sleeping place with courtains; the 2 bathrooms are quite small.

The location is great…restaurants/bars/grocery super close…decorated so nice! Air conditioning was wonderful to have…Spacious for 2 couples…

NO ELEVATOR…Key lockbox wasn’t working…DO NOT USE THE SHAMPOO- it is terrible/I had shampoo in my hair for the entire visit that would not wash out- don’t think it was shampoo…towels are terrible quality

Great appartement in perfect location

Located directly at Sentier metro station. Bars, restaurants, supermarket, McDonald’s and Starbucks around the corner. Spacious livingroom, 2 (small) bathrooms. Very friendly host!

As in any French accommodation, beds are relatively small (1,90x1,40?). 3rd Bedroom is not really a bedroom. It’s an elevated bed separated from the living room by curtains. Nice, but not practical for small kids if you want to stay up late 😉
