Parc Royal Appartements

Paul, the concierge, met us in the courtyard and helped us to the 5th floor flat, which was enchanting and magical upon entry. Gorgeously decorated. It thrilled my teenage daughter and made our stay even better. The location couldn't have been any better, across from a park and an excellent Italian restaurant, cafes, shops, etc. My wife LOVED all the amazing shops within the block. Highly, highly recommended. Cool AC was icing on the cake!

The five flights of stairs was a bit challenging but not unexpected.

Windows in kitchen / dining area were dangerous for children. Risk of climbing and falling

The location is phenomenal! Set just off the busy streets but very walkable to the metro, shops and restaurants. Charming decor and comfortable accommodations! Loved having air conditioning. Also, the staff was very responsive!

There are a few things that are broken that require attention. The kitchen could use a few more utensils with which to cook. Also, the bathroom vanity lighting could be brighter.

The location, quant building, beautiful streets and surrounding areas. The aircon was great. Contactless check in was good.

The sofa bed is not in a bedroom as described so when the little ones go to bed, you can’t use the communal area. There was a huge, really heavy coffee table that had to be moved to set out the sofa bed. The apartment was not clean, under the heavy coffee table wasn’t hoovered, mattresses and duvets where filthy, there were lots of cobwebs, dead spiders and grime in the bathrooms. Lots of peeling wallpaper and broken fixings (kettle, toilet seat etc). The toilet doesn’t flush and there are loud plumbing noises all night in the main living area where the kids sleep. No instructions on anything for arrival other than WiFi etc. The host needs a lesson in customer service and actually ruined the first few hours of my holiday. I simply asked for linen to make up the sofa bed. I’ll attach screenshots to see for yourself. Please note if you’re not extremely strong, there are a lot of steps to carry luggage. In keeping with the beautiful building but should be noted in the listing.
