The room was great. Loved the clothes washer and dryer and also the drying rack. The shower was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The TV was hidden behind a mirror, which was cool. There was a nice table in the room and the location was great for us.
The only complaint that reflected in the rating is that the advertised air conditioning was inadequate to say the least. It did not have an operating fan, which made it almost useless. We did not use the heating system but it seems to be tied to the same system so I’m not sure whether it would work well in the winter.

Absolutely perfect apartment, we can't wait to return. Filled with luxurious amenities and in the perfect location. Our host was very communicative and greeted us upon our arrival. Also, having AC in Paris saved us during the heatwave. Can't recommend this stay enough.

Excellent location in the middle of the Marais, off a lovely little square, nicely furnished with good character, spacious and good air conditioning
The apartment that we had only had a shower over a bath, which wasn't so convenient, but everything else was so good that it is a compromise we'd make again to return

The building is very old and is a little bit neglected. It’s also a bit cramped.
