CIA - Vosges Gem

Die Lage ist optimal, im Marais gut positioniert, in der Nähe von alle Geschäfte, Restaurants. Die Liegenschaft ist extrem ruhig, und gut zugänglich. Gastgeber hat Handtücher/Bett Tüscher/Shampoo etc... zur Verfügung gestellt. Regelmässiger Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber, effizient, schnell und professionell. Ventilatoren wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. 2x Grosse Bad Zimmer.

Die Sauberkeit war nicht 100% (Plüsch unterm Bett, Kaputte Klobrüste im 2x Bad...), das zweite Zimmer ohne Fenster, das obere Zimmer ist definitiv nicht für Erwachsene Menschen über 1.70 geeignet (hauteur sous plafond +/- 1.60), das Sofa sollte ersetzt werden, Und die Schrank Tür im ersten Zimmer sollte repariert werden.

Location was perfect and facilities great.

Owner/manager inaccessible. Had trouble contacting them and only place we have ever stayed where manager didn’t contact us once during a week-long stay to ask how things were going. Fortunately there were no big issues like a leak or whatever but had anything it could have been serious. And little things — like how to access the dinnerware stored 7 feet above us with no footstool — became frustrating. With better communication I would have rated this place a 10.

Great locations . Very clear , quite, lots of space . The host was super nice and communicative. Easy access.

No small towel for kitchen and bathroom. Bathroom has no window or air circulation system

Fantastic location, clean place, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a toilet and shower. Every time we contacted the owner, they got back to us in less than an hour, most of the time it was within 10-15 minutes, and they were very helpful. 2 large fans were provided which were great as the weather was a bit warmer than we expected. We had access to multiple metro lines. Even though we were in a busy neighborhood, the area was quiet at night.
