La Petite Maison au coeur du Marais pour 6 personnes

Ottima la posizione, quartiere tranquillo e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici.

Appartamento piccolo per 6 persone, la stanza dove c'è la sauna non può essere usata come camera per l'umidità e l'assenza di finestre. Inoltre la presenza della scala a chiocciola non comoda dovrebbe essere menzionata nell'annuncio perché può rappresentare un problema per chi ha problematiche fisiche o bambini piccoli.

This was a great apartment in an excellent location. Good for a family of 4. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for us to cook meals. There is a grocery store walking distance from the unit. The host had good clear communication before arrival that made accessing the apartment easy and gave local recommendations. We loved the decor and overall it had a very cozy yet cool vibe.

There were a couple of things that need to be addressed: - the sauna didn't work, it turned on and got warm but not hot enough to use. A real disappointment as we booked this apartment specifically for the sauna. - the host was quite unresponsive during our stay - no reply to a few messages asking for assistance and then said he would send someone round to look at sauna but didn't. - pillows need replacing, they are uncomfortable and old - downstairs bathroom lights not working - washing machine provided but no detergent or a place to hang wet clothes - balustrade at top of stairs is broken and makes staircase quite unsafe - the main bedroom does not have block out curtains and there is too much light coming in during the night for a decent sleep - the bar across the road gets very noisy at night

L'emplacement, la décoration, l acces à l'appartement avec un code sur la porte, les échanges avec Paul le propriétaire.

Le bruit!!! Le bruit ne vient pas de l isolation avec les autres immeubles mais de la rue. Les fenêtres sont simples vitrages, aussi on entend tout! Les personnes qui parlent dans la rue, le concierge d en face qui sort les nombreuses poubelles à 5h30 TOUS les matins, et ensuite les éboueurs, les travaux... C est vraiment dommage car à part ça tout est bien. A régler la température de l eau qui est brûlante mais ce n' est qu un détail.
