La Petite Maison au coeur du Marais pour 6 personnes

Great location and plenty of space. Perfect t for our one night in Paris.

It was very hot but we were in the middle of a big heatwave!

-Fantastic location for food, public transportation, beautiful neighborhood, and walking distance to some major sites. -comfortable beds -very nicely done kitchen and bath -we didnt need to call on the host but they were always in communication to provide us information we needed in advance. They made everything simple and straightforward, and I have no doubt they would have responded right away if we had needed anything!

-no A/C. I realize its an old building and grateful there were plenty of fans to keep the air flowing but we werent able to keep the upper level at a comfortable temperature. I’ll bet the cooler months are a great time to visit -the narrow spiral stairs are really something to consider when planning where to stay. We managed fine but I would not recommend for anyone with mobility issues.

The property is well situated.

The photos are not really a great reflection, the bottom floor is not usable due to smell, also stairs are a killer and the photos almost reflect luxury but it’s actually not that great.

Le bruit!!! Le bruit ne vient pas de l isolation avec les autres immeubles mais de la rue. Les fenêtres sont simples vitrages, aussi on entend tout! Les personnes qui parlent dans la rue, le concierge d en face qui sort les nombreuses poubelles à 5h30 TOUS les matins, et ensuite les éboueurs, les travaux... C est vraiment dommage car à part ça tout est bien. A régler la température de l eau qui est brûlante mais ce n' est qu un détail.
