Located in the heart of Paris’s 4th arrondissement, a 10-minute walk from Notre-Dame, I welcome you to my home, where you’ll enjoy your own private space spacious and bathed in natural light.
Designed to offer you comfort, privacy, and independence, this private space can accommodate up to 8 guests and is suited to a stay in Paris with friends or family, provided you can climb several flights of a spiral staircase.
Your private space includes:
- A cozy living area with a double sofa bed, TV, and dining area—ideal for gathering after a day of sightseeing
- A first sleeping area with a double bed and TV
- A second sleeping area with a double bed and a private bathroom with a toilet
- A sleeping and wellness area with a double bed, private jacuzzi, and adjoining toilet
- Two bathrooms with showers, hair dryers, and complimentary toiletries
-A total of three restrooms
Amenities available to you: Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and iron.
Sheets and towels are provided for each guest.
⚠️ Important information, please read before booking:
* The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift and is reached by an old spiral staircase with narrow, uneven steps. Carrying luggage up takes some effort: it is not suitable for elderly guests, people with reduced mobility, or guests with a stroller or bulky luggage.
* The building entrance is in a pedestrian alley, around a corner: taxis and ride-hailing cars cannot stop there and often have trouble finding it. Homeless people are regularly settled in the street opposite the entrance.
* The apartment is not air-conditioned. During summer heatwaves it can get very hot: guests who are sensitive to heat may find it hard to sleep.
We wanted to be fully transparent with you, so that your stay truly matches your expectations.
On the plus side, you will be in the heart of the Marais, right behind the Centre Pompidou and a 10-minute walk from Notre-Dame, close to Rambuteau, Hôtel de Ville and Châtelet metro stations, with three sleeping areas with double beds, two bathrooms, three toilets, a washing machine and a dishwasher.

I welcome you to my home, in my apartment, as part of a bed and breakfast stay. Part of the property is my main residence, and you will have a dedicated private space during your stay.
- Check-in is self-service with the arrival guide. An in-person welcome is available on request, between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Breakfast is included in your stay. It is in the same building: as you step out of the building, take the large glass door immediately on your right. It is served Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, and is not available on Sundays. Simply show page 2 of your arrival guide (breakfast pass) to the staff.
- The property is strictly non-smoking. Parties and excessive noise are not allowed.
- The property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

This location was amazing. Great to walk to all major tourist sites and 5 mins from a main overground and underground station for Eurodisney and other options like Sacre Coeur. Great shops for food, bakeries and general needs. Flat is up 3 flights (no lift) and is functional and very clean. Couple of things weren't working like the reading lights and the shower lights in the internal bedroom. We didn't expect this to be fixed whilst we were there, as the main lights were working, but just notified the host along with a couple of other minor things. The kettle was broken and they had a new one to us in an hour. Communication moved to French once you crossed the border but we'd downloaded a translation app as we'd expected to communicatie in French a bit more. The host was very polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay in this flat again. Its central Paris (we stayed in October) and surprisingly quiet overnight for a city. There is of course some muffled noise in the evening and then the usual city activity in the morning. It didnt cause any issues for kids etc going to sleep and quieter than usual city noises. Loved the location, the flat worked for us being out and eating out and the host was helpful when needed. It would be great if they ciuld fix the little things I'd fed back to them and that wpuld make it the perfect stay.

The apartment is well located with a 10 minute walk to Notre Dame and 15 minute walk to the Louvre. Many cafes, markets, pharmacies 1 block away. Right across the street from the George Pompidou Museum. We had trouble finding the apartment because it is on a small street with no vehicle access. One morning we had no hot water for showers but the host sent a repair man the same day to fix it. 3 flights of stairs and no elevator is hard with suitcases. But we had a great time!

Temps in 90's, very warm in apartment. Only one small fan that the blade was broken. Ran, but loud. Had to keep windows open to try and cool down during sleeping, but neighborhood was lively past 1 am. Issue with fuses and electricity. No lights in back two bedrooms and only occasionally in bedroom near kitchen. Responses to concerns prompt, but never took care of problem. Said they would bring extra fans, but never did. Only wanted picture of the broken fan. Never addressed electrical issue and no lights/power in bedrooms for four days. Always responded in French so had to use other phone to translate.
