Perfect for a short stay.
The location was great and the beds were comfortable. The company were very pleasant to communicate with and always responded promptly.
The property should only comfortably fit 10 people maximum. The pull out beds in the main dining area are not suitable. This area should be kept for a proper dining table and more comfortable chairs. There is not enough hot water for large groups of people. Some of the furniture is very cheap and broken. The cleanliness of the apartment was not fantastic either. It’s evident that this place is a work in progress and it’s slowly coming together with the work being done. So hopefully with each review, more positive changes can come as this is a beautiful area and apartment which has so much potential.

Die Lage der Wohnung war gut und es war einfach, Geschäfte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war freundlich
Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, aber es gab einige wichtige Nachteile, die wir erwähnen möchten. Der Check-in verlief kompliziert. Der Code war nicht gültig. Die Treppen in der Wohnung waren sehr eng und steil – fast gerade. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das wirklich gefährlich. Eine Absicherung oder ein Hinweis darauf wäre hilfreich gewesen. Außerdem waren die Bettbezüge nicht frisch. Man konnte deutlich Make-up-Spuren und Haare von vorherigen Gästen sehen. Das war leider sehr unangenehm. Ein weiterer Punkt: Möbelstücke waren alt oder beschädigt. Sie wirkten nicht mehr stabil oder neu, was den Gesamteindruck der Wohnung negativ beeinflusst hat. Auch die Fernbedienung vom Fernseher hatte keine Batterien. Dadurch konnten wir den Fernseher nicht richtig benutzen. Ein sehr großer Nachteil waren die Fenster: Sie waren kaputt und ließen sich nicht richtig schließen. Dadurch war es in der Nacht sehr laut, weil der Straßenlärm hereinkam – so, als wären die Fenster offen. An erholsamen Schlaf war leider nicht zu denken. Außerdem hatten wir ein Kinderbett angefragt, das uns zugesagt wurde. Leider wurde es nicht bereitgestellt. Wir hoffen, dass sich diese Dinge in Zukunft verbessern.

La pulizia pessima e poltrona rotta in soggiorno che rovina l immagine. La password del wifi è sbagliata quella che fornite.

Là où était situé l appartement
Pleins de choses n allaient pas nous étions dix , il n y avait que 7 chaises… douche chaude pour 4 personnes , les autres à l eau froide… douche du sous sol bouché , toilette de l étage qui ne fonctionne … les bras de tous les canapés étaient cassés , Un beau fauteuil dans la pièce principal … cassé impossible de s assoir dessus… Voilà je trouve que ça fait beaucoup pour un seul appartement !! 1050€ pour deux nuits ça fait cher payé vu tous les problèmes rencontrés Je ne suis pas contente du tout
