Beauquartier - Marais Pastourelle

Great location and area! Amazing shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The place was actually nicer than the photos. It was also great to have a lounge/dining table and some space which is rare for Paris.

I would just note that there is no air con, which was fine for us as it was cool in Paris when we stayed. But the building does get quite warm.

The location and comporting.

The apartment is in a great location, near to lots of restaurants and cafes and close to public transport. Check in/ out is all done via the app/ WhatsApp and was easy and convenient - there are codes provided for entry rather than physical keys. The free laundry facilities in the basement and baggage storage facilities were also very helpful.

There was a heat wave during our stay (which the apartment owners can't help!) - the apartment does not have air con but did provide a fan. The fan wasn't particularly effective so we had to open all the windows at night which let it flies and noise from the street below.

The two floor studio was unique. The neighborhood is well situated and bustling with people, but no loud traffic noises so it was easy to sleep. Using the luggage storage was straightforward enough.

I thought the kitchen might be cute to try preparing a meal as we are avid cooks and eating out constantly can be tiring. But the kitchen was minimally equipped. There were two pans (nonstick teflan) with a handle to share between them like you were camping. I was unable to get any sort of early check-in which is fine, but as our flight arrived quite early in the morning from the US, we were ready to access our room and freshen up at our checkin time, and they were still servicing the room. They said they only needed five more minutes which is fine, but I felt like they rushed when we arrived and didn't do a great job cleaning as they otherwise would have. We had waited long enough, it wouldn't have been to much of a hassle to have taken another 30 minute walk or something. I requested fresh sheets after my first night's stay and they said it would be 72 euros for the service. I declined, but this meant I slept on sheets that I otherwise would not have wished to sleep on for a honeymoon experience for two more nights.
