Loved the location; loved the easy check-in/check-out; the amenities were great, including free laundry (though European dryers take FOREVER) and the luggage storage room. The wood beams and tall ceilings were lovely. Overall, I would stay here again due to the price, location, and attractiveness of the room.
The main disadvantage of the space was that there were no windows to the outside world - the windows only looked out on air shafts. I'd accept that due to the price being reasonable and the space being nice. However, they could've helped out the situation with better lighting - the lighting fixtures in the space were bad, which made us not want to hang out in the room.
Also, the sofa was not comfortable at all. The furniture looks like it's chosen to look good on camera, but was not at all something to sit on. It's fine, because you're in Paris and don't want to stay in the room, but it would've been nice to have a bit more comfort with the pretty aesthetic.

It is in a wonderful location. We walked to the cafes, boutiques, and the Louve and Notre Dame were also within walking distance. The apartment was spacious, which is hard to find in Paris. We had plenty of room for a week’s stay. Though the staff was not on site they were very helpful by text.
There was a bar a couple doors down that was loud at night but we only heard the noise a couple times and it ended before it was too late at night.

Location is fantastic
Room size is bigger than most for Paris
Very late check in - I arrived 10am and had to wait til 3pm to get inside and have a shower!
Toilet area is far too small
Shower felt cramped (I don’t use bathtubs which was huge).
At night there are lots of noises; both street sounds as it was on the ground floor, and also what seems to be a rodent?!
