Anything but customer-friendly. They are taking advantage of the fact that everything was paid .

I had rented the studio on the 6th floor and already paid for 12 nights. When I arrived, the lift wasn't working. A disabled friend was supposed to join me halfway through for 3 nights. I made it clear from the outset that she couldn't climb six floors. I asked for a solution, but I never got one. Various members of the “prestige team” responded to my emails and suggested the studio on the ground floor. However, this was a dark room with no natural light and a view of a blank wall. As I had deliberately booked a room with natural light and a view, I refused that offer. I suggested switching rooms for the days my friend was visiting, but that was not allowed (despite the fact that nine rooms were not rented out during those days). My friend had to book another hotel. Really unwilling! I did not receive any compensation for the fact that the lift was out of order for nine days. I have never experienced such unfriendliness towards customers before, especially as a customer who stays for 12 nights and who does not require any extra work (changing linen, cleaning, key transfer).

Our stay was satisfactory and the room was clean and comfortable. Shower issues annoying

The place was tidy and relatively clean. The beds were soft as were the pillows. We were provided with nice towels and bars of soap. We arrived early and were able to drop off our bags while the gentleman was cleaning the room; a plus.

The design of the shower stall was horrible; water ran out of the shower all over the floor. Fortunately, the gentleman doing the cleaning when we arrived gave us the code to the lock box so we could get our key. We were never provided with the lock box code, via the app, by the management company.

Great central location, bakery and coffee shop are excellent at 50m. Metro stop was also only 50m away.

Very close to metro (Republic) which made it very easy to get anywhere in Paris including the Airport and all major train stations.

Do not expect a view, as although there are two windows, it is fairly dark given proximity of adjacent building if you are facing the back of the property.

Smaller than hoped for. Shower leaked. Only one bath mat and 1 towel per person. Had to text host to figure out how to use stove. Should have directions available.

Small apartment near Place de la Republique

Location is relatively good, near Place de la Republique. Easy to get in and out of the property. New looking bathroom and furniture. There is a small elevator that is useful for luggage. Big TV's (but nothing to see if you don't have your own streaming subscription). Quiet, except the noisy refrigerator in the room.

No room view, just another window at a couple of meters in front of the window. Very small and crammed rooms. No cleaning service - we stayed 4 nights and nobody picked up the garbage or offered to change of towels.

Great location but tight space

Location is good near 2 metros (2-5mins walking), lots of groceries downstairs and boulangeries. Clean rooms and lobby

Wifi is horrible. On and off, mostly cut off after connecting for 1 min. Wifi is crucial nowadays so if you can fix this first main problem. Overall Tight space from the lifts to the rooms and basement, so don’t bring huge luggages. Nice interior design, but some are not practical like the kitchen cabinets and toilets. It’s difficult to open the kitchen cabinets. The bathroom’s design is bad that water flows to the floor and your bathroom will always be wet (and smelly) for that matter. WC was hung too back to the wall so the cover is not fully open, hence slight difficult to use it.

Great location, helpful staff, great service, and the apartment is very spacious.

The bathroom needs shelves inside the shower to hold soap and shampoo bottles, and it didn’t have any towel bars and hooks to hang clothes and dry towels. There is also very little natural light in the apartment if you keep the curtains drawn for privacy (which you will need because it looks directly into other units across the courtyard). It would be helpful if there was a semi-transparent layer to let light in while providing privacy.

The door lock was broken.

Our original room was clean and well furnished except for a closet.

The key of our room is broken and we had to request changing room at the end. At first they pick up my phone and kindly respond to me and asked the security staff to help me with the issue. However, even though the security staff concluded the lock has a problem after 2 hours of trying to lock the door, they denied the fact and showed hesitation in changing a room. During the issue and the negotiation with them, i lost my time to go out to the city and to do what i wanted to do in my short stay in paris. They finally replaced the room but the building had no elevator and had bad smell of old buildings especially in the shower room.

The location is very good, close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, Bus/Metro/Trainstations. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the equipment / furnishings / decorations were nice and modern and the check-in was very friendly and easy. We didn’t have a view (which we didn’t need anyway) but liked the very quiet room (into the atrium).

A few things were missing - for example hooks for jackets, hanger or rails for towels in the bathroom, shampoo-racks in the shower… The kitchen equipment was ok for us (but could be improveable for someone who likes to cook during the stay).

Excellent studio apartment in Paris

Very recently renovated studio apartment in Paris near attractions. Extremely clean and modern. Has elevator, laundry room in basement with six washer/dryer units, and a very friendly person who staffs the lobby in the afternoon for security and general assistance. Our apartment had modern high-end appliances. Excellent internet speed.

It would have been nice if the apartment had a dishwasher, but aside from that I have no complaints.
