Great location, great facilities

Very clean and homely

We chose this property to stay at after another host needed to cancel last minute due to an illness in the family. In hindsight, it was a huge win for our family. Of note, we happened to visit during a heat wave in Paris, on the order of 100 degree days. The air conditioned oasis was something that we looked forward to visiting at the end of each day, with a collective exhale ever time we entered the keypad entry door. The hosts were communicative and the kitchen was stocked with good equipment, the access instructions were complete and helped us with our late arrival. The beds were cozy. The metro was nearby, and the local restaurants and shopping were fun to do. Overall, no notes, would stay there again. The access to laundry was a savior for those hot days also! Thank you for hosting.

Could have used some paper towels, not the end of the world, that is all I could think of!

The location of the property was excellent. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment, it was beautiful and fully functional. Paris was boiling this summer but the air conditioning in the apartment worked perfectly.

Unfortunately, we found it hard to get a great night’s rest as the guests in the apartment above us were rather loud when walking about up till 1/2am every night. They also left water running somewhere in their apartment and this leaked all the way into our bathroom below and caused a bit of flooding. However when we reported this to management, it was swiftly resolved the next day which left us very impressed.

It was a brand new apartment i was the first to stay in. Very well designed the whole building looked new. Very good mattresses and pillows , very modern and proper amenities and kitchen equipments. Great location. Great value for money. Exactly as pictured on booking.com. Responsive host.
