La posizione il numero delle camere e dei bagni a disposizione. Casa molto carina
Due sole cose negative: all'arrivo in struttura abbiamo trovato una finestra rotta che non ci è stata riparata e poi il bagno al terzo piano aveva problemi di scarico sia nella doccia che nel lavandino e anche se segnalato subito, nessuno è intervenuto per provare a sistemarli.

Lot's of space and rooftop terrace is great to just chill. Perhaps needs some minor fixups because the umbrella stand was broken. 5, 6, and more people will easily enjoy and feel comfortable. Location, I think is amazing. Everything you would ever need is right next to it. An amazing cafe shop is literally next door from the building and so are many great restaurants and shops.

Great location and nice roof top
It needs some maintenance and repairs. No light in the bathroom, only one 2 seater couch, the bean bags were flat and no other seating in the living room. The lounge chairs on the balcony broken.

The location was a real treat away from touristic Paris and very locally oriented with nice cafes and restaurants and shops at every corner
