Champs-Élysées, Avenue Montaigne

Great location and quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has everything that we needed especially the kitchen and the laundry. Fernando who assisted us during check in was so accommodating and friendly 👍🏼👍🏼

It’s a nice apartment with an interesting interior and very close to the Champs Elysees. A Lot of boutiques, restaurants and bars are close by, however, groceries is a bit of a problem. The building is very nice with not so easy but very secure access. The guy who cleaned the apartment was very welcoming, nice and helpful. The apartment has sufficient kitchen appliances, except for probably pan lids.

Maybe it’s not the best choice for very active children, as it has many stairs. The kitchen table was on the lower floor, while the TV is in the living room, it’s not a problem unless you plan to celebrate a New Year here )) We ended up eating on the floor )) Also, no toiletries were provided.

Amazing location. Big apartment. With the separate bathroom (not inside your room, like there are a lot in Paris). All the places of interest are accessible by foot. I don’t understand people who let bad feedback. The price you pay it’s mainly for the location. Town and accommodation are expensive in the heart of Paris. If you want 5* you need to book 5* for 1000€+ per night. Hairdryer was there and working! We had extra bed for the third person and it was in the bedroom. TV and WI-FI was working good. Quiet and safe place.

First of all, the day before my departure, the property manager messaged me to say I couldn’t stay in my original reservation accommodation (this listing at Avenue Montagne). Instead, we were told we’d stay “very close” within 2 miles of our original reservation. We were told there was even a nice terrace to “enjoy fresh air.” The reason was an “unexpected” water problem at this property. This was a huge surprise and disappointment as we only had 2 nights in Paris and thus location was critical. We were given a larger apt with 2 bedrooms and it was in an upscale residential neighborhood (16th Arrondissement). The location could be good for those seeking a quiet location away from the action. We also got a second bedroom instead of one.

There were so many problems with the property they gave us. The WiFi stopped working from the first morning onwards, the toilet cover was loose and unstable, insufficient toilet paper, the trash can knobs didn’t work, the main bedroom window was facing the street and very noisy, the ceiling on the second bedroom was transparent and thus my children couldn’t sleep off their jet lag due to brightness, the coffee machine leaked, the shower door was awkward and caused water to spill onto the floor, shower mats looked dirty, someone’s backpack was in a closet when we checked in.
