Location is excellent and the building is relatively quiet.

Apartment had a musty smell any time it was closed up. Smell went away if you left the windows open.

To accommodate our extended family of 8 people, two apartments on this property was an excellent option in central Paris. Great bakeries and restaurants nearby, super convenient to the metro and taxis, and very safe even late at night. Spacious, modern apartment with excellent "American-style" AC which was extremely important as we were in Paris during the terrible heat wave of June 2026 and saw people passed out in the streets from heat stress. Although much of Paris was shutdown to tourist activities due to the heat, and it was dangerous to be outside most of the daylight hours, being in the cool of these apartments was a blessing.

La posizione dell’alloggio è perfetta per muoversi verso ogni attrazione locale e mezzo di trasporto

Ho saputo solo al mio arrivo che l’appartamento era al 4 piano senza ascensore e con un passaggio molto ristretto dalle scale oltretutto disconnesse tra loro. In famiglia di 4 persone con bambini non è stata la soluzione migliore ma avremmo gradito saperlo prima
