Elegant Duplex Montorgueil - 6 Guests

The location and general area is fabulous. Tons of restaurants and cafes with wonderful "outdoorsy" vibe during Summer. Shopping areas and convenience stores close by. Electic bicylce stand directly opposite. Nice clean property.

The management company were awful to deal with. Being a family with young kids we requested early check-in but were refused and told the cleaners would be inside until the check-in time. We waited at the door for 90 minutes only to find no cleaners were inside. The company just didn't want to be flexible. I spent 4 hours on Day 1 trying to report an issue with a TV not working. Not how I hoped my first day in Paris would be spent. There is no phone number, just a whatsapp messaging line, they don't tell you who you are speaking with, and you just go in circles talking on chat with random different people, who just repeatedly ask the same questions. Thankfully they did arrange a replacement TV on Day 2 after failing to deal with it on Day 1. Several other issues were reported, including WiFi, but it became just too difficult to follow up, so some of them we left unresolved. Same issue at checkout - zero flexibility whatsoever, even when mentioning the issues that we had unresolved.

The tel no quoted on booking. Com confirmation was never answered. Fortunately, I had another number for Antoine

It was just okay, hate the idea I had to spend extra money to store luggage until check in time
