230 Suite Mayfair - Superb apartment in Paris

The apartment was very clean and modern. Location was good and had shops around. Instructions to get in the building was easy and clear.

We were a group of women and needed more mirrors. Apart from that, it was great.

В общем все понравилось, но мало посуды в которой готовить и не вся кухонная плита работала.

The apartment is well-located, 15-20 min from the most lively area of Le Marais and a few blocks from the Metro (you can reach the train station really fast). The beds were comfortable and is a very good solution for a group of friends, as there are 4 separate beds -including the sofa-bed-. The decoration is not bad, it is a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen and bathroom were also ok, in general is a modern apartment.

In general, it needs maintenance -walls dirty, etc- the most urgent thing is to fix the door lock: there was an electronic system installed with batteries inside a box on the door that could easily fall so they fixed it with tape -quite rudimentary. We were also a bit scared of getting locked inside as the system closes automatically and if the batteries run out you probably cannot open again. The entrance of the building and stairs are in a very bad shape, and the environment did not feel safe. The price is too high for a small apartment with only one bathroom and no service (more than 600 Eu/night) but I guess that's a Paris problem.

The apartment was spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable.

The property managers were not very facilitative. We were provided with 3 rolls of toilet paper for four people for five days and had to request more. We asked for an extra towel each (we had two per person) and were told we couldn't have them. The apartment was nice but the entry to it was untidy and not well maintained, the balustrade was broken on the stairs. There was a lot of noise and other residents stood in the stairwell and on a small balcony half way up the stairs and talked until after midnight. The bathroom cabinet doors stuck and the bathroom wasn't cleaned well.
