Very hot in Paris and we had Aircon! Only downside, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Knew this before renting. Really not a problem for us. Very quiet even though facing some traffic. Location fantastic. Restaurants, grocery, fruit market very near.

Fantastic location in Le Marais, so many cafes and shops in walking distance. Lovely apartment, very well equipped. Host lovely, kept in touch and was there when we arrived to let us in and explain everything we needed to know.
We were fine with it but our apartment was on the third floor so lots of stairs, although this typical in Paris, but some might struggle with this. Other reviews had noted this as well but no hand soap was annoying.
