This charming 115 sq. m flat is located on the ground floor and includes :
- a spacious double living-room,
- three bedrooms with queen-size beds (160cm),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a perfectly-equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- three bathrooms with showers,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer, ironing equipment, fan,
- WIFI.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€

We had a wonderful time in the Marais. The apartment was great. We felt safe. There is a great food market half a block away where you can buy cheese, meats, fresh produce to bring back to the flat or you can get prepared foods to eat there. It was hopping when we went. There was a patisserie around the corner. It was peaceful at night. I think they had recently remodeled the bathrooms they looked brand new. No complaints.

Limited options for a late booking in Le Marais and took a chance with a single VRBO review. All communications were excellent. The apartment was immaculate, well represented in the photos and the beds were comfy. There were 6 of us and it worked really well. Limited wifi in the bedrooms but you are in Paris so suck it up. The apartment had everything that we needed. Great area with lots of bars, restaurants and shops.

Went for a girls trip and loved out stay here! Location was super convenient and we enjoyed the night life down the road. This street and building was very quiet. The concierge was very prompt in meeting us for check in and check out. Rooms were clean and well decorated!
Only heads up I would share for folks who like details
- no central air, but one fan is provided. Opening the windows was enough for our group, though the lofted bedroom was warmer.
- one bedroom has a skylight and is extremely bright and no way to dim.
Neither were dealbreakers. Had such a great stay here, would recommend 😊
