Very cozy place and sofa bed are very comfortable

Check in instructions and steps too complicated and not clear. Customer service not good. WiFi was not working.

Overall enjoyable, with some unpleasant surprises.

Clean rooms, bed & linens and good location. The staffs were really helpful(fixed our wifi problem really fast).

The dishwasher was not clean so we could not use it. It really needs a cleaning, including the plumbing around the kitchen. The smell would come up in the bathroom, too. The coffeemaker's glass pot was broken. The biggest surprise was that there were no single cutlery available. No knife, no spoon, no fork! How could you cook, or even eat without them?

Location was good, but the house is not big enough for 13 persons.

The location was very good, close to metro and app 1klm away from Louvre.

They asked us to pay a deposit of 350 euro ( although the reservation was via booking.com) and they will return it 3 days after the check out ( which they Did it!). But one day they texted us that the other residents are complaining of noise and they told us that in case we continue with the noise they will hold the deposit!! Also referred to the house, it was smaller than expected. If you open the 2 sofas in the leaving room you need to move All the furniture and there was not any corridor. They also did not have chairs for 13 People that was the reservation. In addition, the house had some damages for example some radiators were not very well stuck on the wall, some sockets were almost out.

Location. And that’s it.

Host gave us the wrong unit and only justify that there will be a room change on the day of check in, and I didn’t even acknowledge it. Can’t access to my booking.com messaging to retrieve all messages. Sofa arm rest broken. Kitchen dirty. Lots of stain . Master bedroom toilet water heater kind of broken. 2 door knobs are broken. Unit is dirty . One of the room pillow and bed smells like fish. Nobody sleeps in there. Because the smell is too overwhelming. And we had to suck it up for 4 days.That’s all I can say. And for the fact that, it wasn’t the unit I’ve booked prior. And host got the audacity to say that I was informed when I didn’t even acknowledge it. Our unit is at level 3. Had to take big luggages to 6 flight of stairs. Imagine that. If you’re traveling with small kids, old people or handicapped people, please avoid this unit. If you’re a clean freak, please avoid this unit.

Me gustó la ubicación es muy céntrico

No me gustó que uno de los sofás camas estuviera roto, el bar de abajo porque la gente daba mucho mal y el palo de la escoba que creo que podían cambiarlo y mejorable la limpieza, y quitaría también la alfombra del comedor

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, metro 2 min od mieszkania

Czystość mogłaby być na wyższym poziomie, zwłaszcza prysznic w łazience i wentylacja. Niektóre kołdry i poduszki pod pościelą były ubrudzone.

Es war ok - aber nochmal würde ich diese Unterkunft nicht buchen!

Die Lage und die vielen Schlafräume!

Man darf erst sehr spät ins Zimmer - aber es gibt die Möglichkeit sein Gepäck für viel Geld, in der Zentrale (wo man sowieso hin muss um die Schlüssel zu holen) zu hinterlassen (reine Abzocke)! Die Bäder sind sehr winzig und man hat keine Abstellmöglichkeiten für seine Badutensilien - sogar das Klopapier lag auf dem Boden da keine Vorrichtung angebracht war hierfür! Generell sind die Möbel sehr abgenutzt und alt - eine Renovierung wäre angebracht!
