The space was generous

As we were 3 females it would have been good to have had another full length mirror in the bedroom.

Prachtig appartement op een geweldige locatie met twee slaapkamers en drie badkamers. We huurden het appartement 3 nachten. Het appartement ligt in een leuke wijk op loopafstand van uiteenlopende restaurants, winkels en een metrostation.

We konden pas om 1600 uur inchecken, niet eerder. (Uitchecken is overigens om 10.00 uur, wat dan weer net te vroeg is.) Het appartement was nog niet klaar toen we er stipt op tijd arriveerden waardoor we alsnog moesten wachten. Volgens de mails die we vooraf ontvingen zouden we ontvangen worden door iemand die ons het appartement zou laten zien en de borg zou regelen. Er was echter niemand, behalve de schoonmakers. Geen probleem, maar communiceer dat dan anders. Toen we 's avonds met spoed iemand van de organisatie nodig hadden, lukte dat ook pas na veel gedoe. De WhatsApp-nummers worden na 20.00 uur niet meer bemand, wat best gek is voor deze prijsklasse. Overigens werd het probleem daarna wel adequaat opgelost.

Sehr geräumiges Apartment, Preis-Leistung ist in Ordnung, Lage sehr gut -> in der Nähe sind gleich mehrere U-Bahn Stationen mit 3 verschiedenen Linien, die alle 3 einen ins Zentrum bringen; In der Nähe ist eine Bäckerei für das Frühstück sowie mehrere kleine Supermärkte -> ausreichende Versorgung; in der Nähe sind gleich mehrere Lokale, um Abends auch dort Essen zu gehen -> wir können das Zazza (sehr gute Pizza) und das Bouillon Julien https://www.bouillon-julien.com/ gute französische Küche empfehlen; sehr ruhige Lage -> Fenster sind in den Innenhof gelegen. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin hat sehr gute funktioniert -> sehr gute Einweisung bzgl. Erreichbarkeit, Schlüsselübergabe usw.. Es hat auch die Möglichkeit bestanden, das Gebäck am Anreise- und Abreisetag bei ihr ihm Geschäft zu deponieren. Wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen.

The dining area and the living area are reasonably spacious and well equipped.

The 2 bedrooms are a hoax. The 2 bedrooms are not really bedrooms. They are glass covered areas with curtains. There is absolutely no privacy. If you try to close the curtain it opens up at the other end. It is right in the shared living area. Secondly while it says air conditioning, it is there only in one room. The other room has noisy tower fans. Thirdly it is not in the centre of Paris. All major landmarks are at least 20 - 30 mins away by car or train. While it may be still in the prime areas, calling it Residence at The Centre of Paris is a joke. Fourthly, checkout process was totally crap. The key codes didn’t work to put the key back in and there was no one to call or message. No response at 9 AM in the morning! When are you responsive then. When you have flight or train to catch, this place will screw up your timelines like anything! Overall having stayed in 30 - 40 cities world over, this place is just passable compared to the pictures and stories they tell.
