Comfortable but a little cramp for 5

Location is great - closed to metro and some attractions and nice restaurants. Master bed is very comfortable, bathrooms are quite roomy, TVs have Netflix etc.. for raining days.

The kitchen is lacking cleaning clothes, the pot and pans are small, not great to cater for 5 adults. We had cleaners coming through mid week but they didn’t replenish body soap or kitchen paper towel (we used it all because there was no wiping cloth). We had to get the paper towels from supplies store ourselves. Still no body soap in the supply store. There are a few hidden cupboards which we needed to open to get additional pillows for the sofa beds. None are in the checkin instructions. It’s a bit of “solve the puzzle” to get into the building on day one.

Great location, comfortable room. Great service

Great location. Easy access with code. Well equipped room, including fridge, cooktop, nespresso coffee machine (complimentary coffee and tea included), comfortable bed, air conditioning. The building has an elevator and a luggage deposit in case you need it. Middle stay cleaning of the room was included. Close to metro and bus transportation as well as markets. We had a wonderful time there and would fully recommend it

Excellent location on a quiet street but still close to things. Very nicely appointed apartment, communication and directions were clear and responsive. Spotless.

All good, the basic warnings apply to an accommodation of this type - stairs, a small amount of street noise, etc, but that’s all to be expected given the location and age of the area.

The elevator doesn't work

The elevator didn't work. We wrote to the staff a few times and received the answer that they are fixing the elevator today. We stayed for 5 nights and the elastic didn't work.

Overall a high quality, spacious loft apartment right in the heart of Paris.

Great location. In the hub of everything. Splendidly convenient. Easy to access a range of local restaurants, shops and cafes. Walking distance to Louvre, Sienne and Notre D.

Lift (Elevator) wasnt working so it was a 92 step climb a couple of times a day. Very tiring.

Nice place for a city break.

Property was roomy and comfortable with nice kitchen facilities. It was in a good area with nearby metro stations covering multiple lines making it easy to navigate the city.

Shower was very small making it challenging to use, even for a relatively petite person. Lift didn't seem to be working (which we had no advance notice of) meaning we had to walk up a lot of fairly narrow steps to reach our room on the 5th floor.

Cleanliness, tidiness and door codes worked properly and loved the luggage storage. Loved the speakers with Bluetooth and air conditioning worked nicely. Also loved the ability to charge light according to mood!

Lifts didn’t work Had a lady with special needs and this was a major issue. This really should have been communicated. It affected our stay. No windows or ventilation in the toilet room.

The place to stay to enjoy Paris…

The location is perfect for those who want to avoid the tourist crowd yet it’s close enough to several metro lines making it easy to go anywhere. There’s also a laundry room for those staying for more than a few days which is very convenient.

The property had everything. The only thing I didn’t like is when a staff member entered our room while we were out without informing us.

Nicely equipped kitchenette with coffee, Nespresso machine, toaster, all needed plates, pans, etc. Walking distance to Metro 4, 8/9. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The use of codes for outside door, elevator door, and apartment could use better directions. Having to navigate the stairs to use the bathroom downstairs during the night was a pain. The bed is placed at the edge of a sloping roof, which can be a bit claustrophobic. Not much of a view. Contents of photo of apartment are accurate but the place is much narrower than it looks in the photo.

Loved having a code to enter. Super easy. And the luggage storage room was helpful too. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Great location. Safe and quiet, but close to all the major sites.

Absolutely brilliant place to stay for me and my 15 year old.

Difficulty on initial entry was pretty much the only downside. We had a door code to use to enter but there was no mention of having to press the unlock button after imputing the code - a fairly obvious thing maybe, but we arrived late at night after a lengthy journey and didn't immediately think of this. We only got in because people who had arrived before us had the same problem and told us as they were leaving to go out. Perhaps the owners could include this in the instructions. Very odd smell in the stairwell but we just held our breath leaving and entering the property.

Clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped.

The door instructions fail to mention that after typing in the PIN, one needs to hit the button showing a key icon. Also, once entering the main door of the building, the same PIN and key icon need to be entered again to access the elevator and stairs to the room. No in-room safe or place to keep valuables while out. Very little space to store clothing.

Comfortable and contended stay with some room for improvement.

Location was good as it was easy to get food and transportation easily. I felt safe walking at night in the area & It was a quiet beighbourhood too.

There were no instructions in English or Chinese on how to handle the heating system for the place. Fortunately it was not hot.

Perfect Parisien apartment

We loved this apartment. A return visit for us as location is perfect and apartment is very clean and quiet. Easy key less check in. Very comfortable mattress. Few minutes walk from train station. We also were able to walk to Gare du Nord station in 17 minutes (with luggage) to catch the train to London. Lovely cafe nearby as well as bakery and lots of restaurants and bars. Not many tourists appeared to be mainly locals. Bonus to have washing machines in basement and luggage storage available. Highly recommend.

Zero cleaning, we stayed for 4 days and no one even come for taking the trash, we stayed with 2 children and it was no good for us, cleaning is ZERO, so bad.

I'd say it was a more ideal set-up for a couple than for a family with children.

I liked that it was well-appointed and relatively safe. Kitchen and toilet were well-stocked. The staff in the chat support was quite responsive and helpful.

It would have been great to have an option to request for more pillows. Also, it took hours to dry clothes with the dryer in the basement. And it still turned out moist. Location isn't that great either.

Our stay in this hotel was excellent. Good location, modern, clean, and well equiped apartment.

Very good location, close to the subway and the main Paris attractions (less than half hour walking to Louvre, Sacre Coeur, Marais, etc.). It is located between two restaurants and is another just in front of it. We have booked two apartments: very cozy, modern and spacious. Very good mattress in the bedroom, the bathroom is very spacious. In the kitchen you have everything you need for a breakfast or a simple dinner. The communication with the hotel staff was great, we received fast and helpful answers everytime.

Very difficult to find something I didn't like. It is a non-smoking hotel and the pets are not allowed.
