So much to like! We arrived well after dark and found it a very welcoming space.
- Great lighting - apt was bright and cheery;
- Quiet (was concerned that there would be a lot of street noise but could not hear anything even with windows open. There was noise only when the other floor's occupants were in the common area hallway);
- Appreciate keyless entry (one less physical item to worry about);
- Ample space for 3 adults;
- Full kitchen (sweet to have space for coffee/tea and a place to prep a meal if we wished);
- Our apartment and the common areas looked and felt well maintained;
- Ideal location for us (besides checking out the neighbourhood, it was a short walk to the Metro or to landmarks - ie 30 min to Notre Dame)
Minor issues:
- Not fond of the toilet/shower doors opening into the living room - awkward view but okay for a short stay.
- Strong soap fragrances (kitchen / bath - we're more familiar with fragrance free products.
- Could use a few extra hooks in the shower room (there's a towel rack but 1 plush towel covers the entire rack.
Biggest concern - the sink and kitchen counter were fussy. Had to immediately clean up any mess (coffee/tea really stained and took scrubbing to remove - yuck)

Very secure entrance to building, foyer & apartment. Great laundry facility in the building basement. We appreicated the supply of coffee pods!

Cleanliness, tidiness and door codes worked properly and loved the luggage storage. Loved the speakers with Bluetooth and air conditioning worked nicely. Also loved the ability to charge light according to mood!
Lifts didn’t work
Had a lady with special needs and this was a major issue. This really should have been communicated. It affected our stay.
No windows or ventilation in the toilet room.
