It is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. It is the only apartment on the first floor.
It is Haussmann-style, with a very high ceiling of 3.70 meters with moldings, herringbone parquet flooring, fireplaces...
Pets are not allowed!
The Space:
This apartment is rentable for via (article 34 of ELAN law, modification of title Ibis of the law of July 6, 1989) via the "mobility lease".
For the "mobility lease", the tenant will have to justify, at the time of taking effect of the lease, to be in one of the following:
- In vocational training
- Professional change
- Temporary assignment (temporary or seasonal workers)
- In graduate studies
- In apprenticeship contract
- Internship
- Or in voluntary engagement as part of a civic service.
Guest Access:
Once the keys are given, guests will have free and total access to the apartment which is equipped with it's own high speed wi-fi internet connection and television.
All equipment, appliances and small household are at your disposal to feel like home!
The Neighborhood:
It is just 3 minutes by foot to the Grand Rex the famous Grands Boulevards district.
In a chic district with many luxury stores and restaurants.
You're right in the center of Paris!
You can visit many famous places on foot.
Getting Around:
Metro lines 8 & 9 are less than 2 minutes' walk from the apartment.
Velib and taxi are also very close to the apartment.
Visiting Paris has never been so easy!
Other Things to Note:
Standard check-in time is as from 4:00PM.
A passport or ID is required upon arrival.
In accordance with the regulations, a rental agreement will be signed between the two parties at the time of check in.
Interaction with Guests:
Our team will welcome you in the apartment on the day of your arrival.
During the check-in, you will have the opportunity to obtain all the information concerning the apartment and the surroundings.
After check-in, you will be able to take a seat in the apartment, and we will remain at your disposal by phone, email, or message.
In case of problem or need information, our office and our team are not very far from the apartment.
