Очень уютные и светлые апартаменты в самом центре Парижа. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: удобная мебель, чистое пространство, хорошо оборудованная кухня и приятная атмосфера. Расположение просто отличное — рядом основные достопримечательности, кафе, магазины и удобный транспорт.

Из минусов: подъезд старый и довольно тёмный, что немного портит первое впечатление. Также возникла неприятная ситуация с получением ключей — когда я пытался их найти, поддержка не отвечала, из-за чего пришлось потратить лишнее время и понервничать.

The air con works very well in the flat and it is a rather large place.

It's rather run down and really needs alot of repairs. I was surprised by this as I had to leave a €500 deposit. The closets are filled with linens and towels so there's hardly any room for your stuff. Only 1 closet even has a rack to hang your clothes. My friend said the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable and didn't even pull out the bed after the first night. The curtains don't close hardly at all or fit the windows so it is very sunny in the rooms. There was also a horrific smell of sewage in the flat all the time and it never goes away. The host said they didn't smell it when they came by but it was bad. Maybe there is a dead mouse under the fridge someone told me that's what it could be. Paying over €400 per night this flat needs some upgrades!
