La ubicación era muy buena, a pocos minutos de una estación de metro. El apartamento tenia buena distribución y se encuentra cerca de diversos comercios y restaurantes

Enfrente del apartamento hay una finca en construcción y a las 7A.M comienzan a trabajar. A partir de esa hora se oye bastante ruido a pesar de que las ventanas están aclimatadas al ruido

Els llits eren molt còmodes. L'apartament era nou i disposava de serveis bàsics. Tenia aire condicionat i rentadora. Les dues habitacions eren grans. El metro estava molt a prop. Al carrer hi havien fleques i restaurants. Bona situació!

Ens ha faltat algun penjador al bany, a l'entrada. Enlloc de tenir 3 TV millor disposar d'altres serveis, ja que amb 1 TV és suficient. Feien obres a l'edifici de davant, de manera que hi havia molt de soroll a primera hora del matí.

The air con works very well in the flat and it is a rather large place.

It's rather run down and really needs alot of repairs. I was surprised by this as I had to leave a €500 deposit. The closets are filled with linens and towels so there's hardly any room for your stuff. Only 1 closet even has a rack to hang your clothes. My friend said the pull out couch is extremely uncomfortable and didn't even pull out the bed after the first night. The curtains don't close hardly at all or fit the windows so it is very sunny in the rooms. There was also a horrific smell of sewage in the flat all the time and it never goes away. The host said they didn't smell it when they came by but it was bad. Maybe there is a dead mouse under the fridge someone told me that's what it could be. Paying over €400 per night this flat needs some upgrades!
