The property was clean, secure, close to metro station to explore Paris, clean bedding/towels, great condiments, great toiletries supplied and plenty of toilet roll.
Sofa wasn’t that comfortable. There is a bar under the property which is quite loud into late evening but we listened to the tv which blurred some noise out.

Clean Courteous, friendly, helpful and professional concierge. The area location was great, it took us 15 minutes to walk from Gare Du Nord.
The awful noise from the music of the bar directly below the apartment. Saturday night the music stopped at 4am. Sunday night was kareoke night and the music stopped around 12.30am. Monday night was good. Tuesday night the music started at Midnight. The policy for the apartment dictates quiet times from the guests, this gives a false impression as to the noise level of the building as a whole. We are shattered and feeling rough after spending a lot of money on a supposedly luxury apartment.
