Original et bien placé - grand et globalement bien
Attention table, chaises et un fauteuil instables, annoncé pour 12! Seulement 6 chaises & couteaux !

L’emplacement surtout très bon quartier
Propreté des salles de bains, dans la chambre qui se trouve en face de la cuisine au rez il y a une coupole vitrée qui donne en plein sur le lit et on voit les fenêtres de tout l’immeuble, même pas un rideaux, pas de privacité. Chauffage à l’entrée de l’appartement ne fonctionne pas.

Cet appartement a des problèmes d'odeur, notamment dans le sous-sol La table ne peut contenir que 6 ou 7 personnes autour alors que l'appartement est fait pour 10 personnes et seulement 8 chaises Un pan du part-douche étant manquant, la table était instable
