The bathroom sink leaked and didn’t drain properly. The shower did not drain effectively causing the base to fill up.

The location is the only positive aspect; everything else is a complete disaster.

If you enjoy having lights flashing every time you move your hand or leg while trying to sleep, this place is for you. Absolutely crazy light motion sensors!!! Otherwise, it's nearly impossible to get a good night's rest. The neighbors are loud, and you can hear everything. I do not recommend it

Very good location. Liked the fact that we had a fridge. Bathroom was also spacious. When asked for towels etc. for the room they were very responsive.

I feel that for the amount of money paid it could afford to have more "luxory" such as having a proper bed rather than a sofa bed. Wish our towels were changed frequently.

great location for walking around to a lot of happening neighborhoods.

The pictures advertised are deceiving. our apartment was a small “sofa bed” and a bathroom. not enough space for two people. not comfortable to sleep on. the sheets, blankets, and sofa bed cushions provided all had stains on them. there were ants crawling throughout the apartment. the owner should have separate ads per apartment, not put all of the apartments on one ad. we thought we were going to a way nicer apartment than we did.

Basic accommodation, would not return to this part of Paris due intimidating atmosphere at night.

Location was fine ,basic accommodation for money paid.

location in day very relaxed at night different place especially late on very intimidating , were told by english people we met and lived in Paris not to walk around area on own late on as lot of pick pockets & muggers in that area of Paris. It did to be fair feel unsafe late on . We had pockets picked & phone stolen first night & another unsuccessful attempt second night .

Bien placé, propre

Rien pour accrocher les manteaux, pas de penderie, pas de chaise ou de bureau pour poser les vêtements. Nous avons dû laisser les valises ouvertes par terre et les manteaux dessus ! Le robinet de l'évier était complètement bancale et le lavabo de la salle de bains minuscule ! Impossible de ne pas s'asperger en l'utilisant ! Finalement nous sommes partis dormir ailleurs la troisième nuit, car très inconfortable pour la dame âgée qui m'accompagnait... décevant

La habitación no es nada cómodo.

La situación.

La habitación era la más pequeña. El armario estaba sobre la lavadora, que estaba al lado de la mesa de noche. En ese armario no se podía meter nada porque estaba el ventilador y la plancha. No había sitio para abrir la maleta en el suelo y tampoco se podía meter bajo la cama. El cubo de la basura de la kitchenette estaba en el baño. El baño casi no se podía cerrar la puerta si estabas dentro. Las toallas olían muy mal. La palanca saltaba si ponías el tostador. Nos quejamos del ruido de la habitación de al lado, y enseguida lo solucionaron (esto muy positivo).

Era una struttura molto comoda per la posizione Essendo in centro avevano una metropolitana molto vicina a noi ma posizione strategica anche per raggiungere altri punti a piedi

La décoration du logement. L’attention avec la possibilité de faire un café à notre arrivée. Literie confortable. Suffisamment spacieux.

Pas de possibilité de joindre par téléphone la personne qui doit vous accueillir (?répondeur saturé ??). Pas de réponse au mail à mon arrivée. Fort heureusement j’ai eu l’aide d’un voisin qui m’a orienté. Au final la personne est arrivée et est restée aimable. Mais j’ai du attendre. Pas de connexion pour la TV. La lunette des toilette cassée. Le sèche cheveux non fixé rendant son utilisation difficile. La bouilloire qui fuit.

De locatie en het personeel waren super!

De geluidsoverlast van de mensen naast ons ondanks dat het om 20u stil moet zijn. Ze vonden het heel normaal om om 00u30 of 1u30 in de nacht met 2 of 3 na elkaar te douchen en de muren zijn zo dun dat het lijkt alsof de douche naast jouw bed staat. Je kon de gesprekken en meer gewoon volgen. De stank van de afvoer was ook wel een probleem.

lage war ok. auf nachfrage wurde das zimmer gewechselt, da das erste zu dreckig war.

dreckige unterkunft. in der ersten unterkunft war der ventilator total eingestaub, konnte man nicht benutzen. ameisen & silberfische. dreckige ecken, dreckige bettwäsche und haare. sehr hellhörig. abgefallen bodenleiste auf den boden. eine aussicht gab es micht da die fenster milchig waren und das appartment in einem hinterhof war. nach wechsel in ein anderes zimmer immer noch überall ameisen. außerdem hat der vermieter kein englisch gesprochen. allerdings konnte man sich über gesten verständigen.

Alles wat we nodig hadden was er. Klein, maar zeer functioneel ingericht. Ook goed gelegen tov metro, winkels en restaurants.

Gehorig. Verder stonden er elke dag meerdere dames van lichte zeden in de straat hun klanten te lokken. Niet echt prettig om door zo’n buurt te moeten lopen…

Lamentable experiencia

Lo único bueno era el silencio por la noche al dar a un patio interior

Calle de prostitutas en los portales. Ambiente de la zona pésimo. Nadie estaba para recibirnos, una persona de limpieza finalmente nos dio la llave sin más explicaciones, tardamos una hora hasta poder entrar. Es el apartamento más sucio en el que he estado. No se dignaron dejarnos una cafetera italiana para el café que teníamos. Es un alojamiento lamentable, no lo recomendaría a nadie. No tuvimos contacto alguno con la persona que nos lo alquiló.

Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft in zentraler Lage

Die gesamte Unterkunft (Schlafraum, Bad und Kochnische) war sehr sauber. Freundlicher Empfang. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Fön vorhanden. Sehr schön! Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral: Metro-Station und Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe. Nette Cafés und Restaurants fußläufig.

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig und hat dünne Wände, darauf sollte in der Beschreibung hingewiesen werden! Neben uns wohnten 4 Männer die nachts zwischen Mitternacht und morgens 3 Uhr geduscht haben. Das hat genervt! TV wäre nur mit persönlichem Netflix- oder YouTube-Zugang gegangen. Für zwei Personen für ein längeres Wochenende ist die Unterkunft gut, bei einer Woche doch etwas eng.

Cet établissement n’est pas équipé rapport et qualité trop chère pour rien , pas d’équipement cuisine: passe marmite, assiette et couverts de bas, de gamme, pas de gel douche, la télécommande de la clim ne marche pas l’appartement et très petit, contrairement la vue sur des photos publie, tout l’équipement de la cuisine est très vieux et pas toujours très propre, précisément assiette, verre à eau

Tenía cocina y utensilios para poder cocinar además tenía lavadora, paraguas, aire acondicionado y alguna cosa más que era útil.

Olía un poco a alcantarilla sobre todo el baño y el grifo de la cocina. Además el bidé del baño era muy pequeño.

Estancia a mejorar

Es un apartamento que está en una calle bastante transitada pero por la noche da un poco de cosilla, es como la calle Montera en Madrid. Es verdad que hay varios restaurantes buenos y que acude mucha gente muy cerca y eso a mí me daba tranquilidad. Al entrar al portal de la casa da cosilla también, pero la verdad que está muy iluminado y bien. Muy cerca de medios de transportes prácticos, como el Metro. Las camas cómodas. La bienvenida muy bien, ya que nos dejaron dejar las maletas a las 11 de la mañana, aunque el apartamento aún no estaba limpio, eso es de agradecer, lo valoramos mucho.

La casa por dentro está bien decorada, pero está cutre y para mí poco limpia. No tiene escurridor para poner los cacharros de la cocina que friegas, ni bayeta, ni un paño...; la puerta del baño, si no la dejas en un punto exacto, se abre sola; el WC, se sale el agua por arriba, por donde te sientas; salón y habitación tiene cortinas que se supone que no entra la luz, pero en el salón no lo cubre todo, hay 2 zonas sin nada y no solo que entre la luz del sol, si no que como la luz del pasillo es automática, cada vez que pasa un vecino se enciende y nos despertó por la noche, lo que hicimos fue poner el colchón del sofá-cama en el suelo de la habitación y así, mejor. Hay mogollón de hormigas, sé que para el propietario eso es difícil de erradicar, pero algo tiene que hacer y por lo menos avisar porque si llego a dejar las barras de pan y la bollería encima de la encimera toda la noche, a la mañana siguiente no se podría ni estar. Pero por suerte al llegar, vimos que había varias hormigas y dejamos toda la comida bien guardada. Es un lugar que de calidad-precio no está mal, pero tiene muchas cosas que puede mejorar por poco dinero. Seguro que estos comentarios hace que vayan mejorando.

Ήταν καλή η τοποθεσία, είχε πολύ καλή θέρμανση, δεν είχε σκάλες και υπήρχε ο απαραίτητος εξοπλισμός για μαγείρεμα

Ήταν βρωμικο το δωμάτιο, μάλλον είχαν ξεχάσει να το σκουπίσουν. Δεν υπήρχε το σεσουάρ μαλλιών μέσα και έπρεπε να το ζητήσουμε επίμονα για να το φέρουν. Η λεκάνη της τουαλέτας δεν είχε καθαριστεί μάλλον ποτέ! Τελείως ανθυγιεινό. Ήταν δύσχρηστο το ντους. Ο καναπές- κρεβάτι για το τρίτο άτομο δεν άνοιγε καλά και δεν ήταν άνετος για ύπνο.
