Urban Flat 14 - Charming 3 BDR Flat in Paris

We had a great stay at Urban Flat Paris. Instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Located close to Les Halles, reasonable walking distance (or easy transit) to popular sights in Paris. Beds comfortable. Fridge good size. Fans in every room. Host checked in with us one day into our stay to see if we had any questions or concerns. We were here during a heat wave, and it was still pretty reasonable though without AC (older building). Large amount of space for central location (7 adults, 1 baby).

Not quite enough soap (not filled before our arrival), toilet paper, or paper towels.

Cerca de transporte, muy accesible y el interior muy limpio y ordenado, confortable y bonito

El acceso me pareció un poco peligroso llegar y encontrar un desnivel en la puerta, de lo demás todo muy bien

Très bon accueille, l’emplacement idéal, à côté de la station du métro 3 et 4. Spacieuses pour héberger plus que 6 personnes

Plus d’efforts pour les équipements de la cuisine

出發當天，住宿方通知我們被upgrade到另一個房型 是no.61號房 在110 號 這個地點的位置很好，出來就是地鐵站 離各個景點也不會太遠，大概都30分鐘內

我們入住時，可以remote取鑰匙，屋主4:00發簡訊 但一個問題是：大門無法打開，所以也無法進到第二個門拿鑰匙 於是只好等到有人剛好要進去才成功拿到鑰匙 我們入住五個晚上，這屋子有三間房間 靠近街道的房間每晚都讓人無法入睡 不管是街道吵雜的聲音或是隔壁房party到半夜兩點的聲音 另一個衛浴的馬桶從第一天就是壞的，通報屋主來修繕 這造成我們很大的困擾，到第四天才修好 至於暖氣的部分，我們也有通報 但一直到我們離開 暖氣都沒有修好，我的朋友每天晚上睡覺都覺得很冷 而我的浴室也沒有暖氣，於是我們帶著感冒回家了
