With little effort it could be a great place to stay at.

Location

Dirty place! When you take a shower water leaks and goes to the bathroom and bedroom. There aren’t enough glasses etc.

Safety concerns and lack of AC far outweigh the decent location.

It was a decent location, depending on what you were looking for you. Restaurants and metro close by. I would have rather been closer to tourist attractions as we took a lot of Ubers and it got pretty expensive.

The showers do leak — a lot. Water gets all over the floor and is a physical danger. My husband is disabled and slipped and fell in the bathroom. It was not safe for him to use. We had to roll up towels to create a sort of dam to stop the whole apartment from flooding. The property managers need to fix this as soon as possible before someone hurts themselves worse. It was hard for all of us and made for very uncomfortable stay. Property managers will not provide additional toilet paper, clean towels, sheets, garbage bags, cleaning supplies — nothing. Be prepared to make trips to the store to stick up on very basic items. Not getting by clean towels was especially difficult because we had to use twice as many to be able to cleanup after showers and to create a dam to stop the leaking. We had to go to a laundry mat and do a load of towels, which is not how we wanted to spend our vacation. We were there during a heatwave with children and grandparents and it was very difficult without AC. There was nowhere to escape to in the middle of the day and it did not always cool down at night. Additionally, there was a lot of construction going on. So at night when we had to have the windows open it was nearly impossible to sleep with the sounds of jackhammers at 3 am. Also a lot of bar noise. We chose this place based on location, but location isn’t everything, especially when traveling with a group of people with diverse needs. There were a lot of cockroaches and bugs as other reviews have stated.

Space is big enough for big group

The apartment was changed to another due to the original one was leaking as per the customer advised . The new arranged one is bigger, our kids run around the flat, have thier fun.

The kitchen equipment in the flat seems a bit old and not have well maintenance; the room have many mosquito, bite my 2 yrs old son's face around 10 position. one of the room maybe seldom have guests sleep in, naked eyes can see some dust on it, and we found some blood on sheet as well as the blanket; the whole building seem no more people living, when look outside the courtyard through the window, all flat's windows are dark only our flat have lighting all the night. The bathroom cant support continuously shower, after 3-4 people take the shower, should wait more than 1 hours, otherwise no hot water. The 1st night, we duno about that, when taking shower suddenly change to cold water, but body still have many soap, just can use the cold water continue for shower, the weather is still very cold in Apr , my 2 yrs son got sick finally. customer service is difficult to access after 6pm. Toilet tissue is not enough.

Dissappointing and very expensive.

The owners does not take this property seriously. There is not one hook in the whole apartment - no in the tiny bathrooms, not in the kitchen/living room and not in the bedrooms. The showers are terrible and leaves water everywhere. The dishwasher is not working. The general state of cleanliness is low. The property is run down. The prices are VERY high. Do not believe the pictures. The place is tiny.

Sicuramente lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, noi eravamo in 9 adulti, abbiamo chiesto un’altra copia di chiavi e ce

Sicuramente la posizione (centrale) è praticamente eccellente, a portata di ogni principale monumento (noi eravamo in 9 e ci siamo praticamente spostati sempre a piedi) e attrazione. L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort dal forno normale, microonde lavastoviglie, fornelli, bollitore ecc.

Un pochino i bagni, ma nel complesso è tutto ok

מיקום מושלם! נתן מענה ל8-7 איש שזה לא פשוט למצוא במרכז. 4 חדרי שינה+ סלון קטן, 3 מקלחות פיציות, 2 שירותים מטבח מאובזר- מקרר, תנור, מיקרו, טוסטר, מדיח, גז קומה 3- יש מעלית אומנם פיצית אבל נתנה מענה למזוודות.

דירה לא הכי נקיה, היו הרבה ג'וקים קטנים חומים..... 2 מקלחות נמצאות ב2 חדרים ללא דלת, מקלחות ממש פיציות, מים זורמים לתוך החדר כלומר אם מתקלחים צריך לפנות את החדר... המקלחת ושירותים ביחד שהיו נפרדים מחדר, גם מאוד קטנים כשהשירותים נרטבים לגמרי. פינת אוכל, סלון ומטבח באותו חלל, צפוף.... בקיצור אנחנו לא נחזור.

Pas op: KAKKERLAKKEN!!!

De locatie van het appartement was goed. Het lag dicht bij het centrum en de metro was dichtbij. Dit is dan ook het enige positieve wat wij kunnen zeggen over dit appartement...

Ons verblijf in dit appartement was ronduit teleurstellend. De accommodatie zat vol met kakkerlakken, zowel in de slaapkamers en badkamers als in de woonkamer. Het was verre van schoon en totaal niet hygiënisch. Vooral ’s nachts waren de kakkerlakken actief, waardoor we nauwelijks konden slapen. Ondanks onze meldingen hierover werd er geen passende oplossing of alternatief aangeboden, waardoor we ons volledig aan ons lot overgelaten voelden. We hebben meerdere keren contact proberen op te nemen, maar we werden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Daarnaast liep de badkamer regelmatig over met water, wat niet alleen ongemak veroorzaakte, maar ook onveilige situaties met zich meebrengt. Ik kan deze accommodatie dan ook absoluut niet aanbevelen.

Super lokalizacja. Wszędzie można dojść piechotą. Wygodne łóżka.

Prysznice-tragedia, leje się na całą łazienkę. Zniszczone meble-bardzo. Karaluchy w kuchni. Jest zmywarka, ale niestety raczej brudzi niż myje. Brak pralki i suszarki do ubrań. Nie ma gdzie wysuszyć ręczników.

Locatie excelenta aproape de metrou (1 min ),zona cu restaurante , patiserii si magazine. Supermarchet la 5 min, aproape de obiective turistice . Fara sobolani si fara plosnite .

Paturile de o persoana in unul din dormitoare si mobila din acelasi dormitor fiind foarte nepotrivita si mare
