Location was very convenient and property was clean and comfortable
There was no soap, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, tea bags and coffee. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper which ran out and I had to buy everything. Toilet jammed on the first night of stay and while it was fixed quickly, a note to say not to use toilet paper would have been handy

Suite à un soucis technique nous avons été relocalisé dans un autre appartement situé à St Germain (appartement 138 sur le site). L’évaluation concerne donc cet appartement. L’emplacement est top. Pour le reste voir plutôt les points négatifs
- appartement situé au rdc (bruit +++) et aucune vue car vitrophanie partout. - La moitié du couchage est au sous-sol sans fenêtres. - Clim et chauffage du sous-sol sol HS. - bcp d’équipements abîmés et nombreuses traces d’humidité - porte d’entrée qui a été fracturée dans le passé et réparé de manière très amateur ( pas rassurant)
