Incredible Triplex apartment with terrace, modern, stylish and fully equipped, with a cinema room. Ideally located, in a sublime building in the heart of the Marais district, 12 minutes from the town hall, and a few steps from the famous Place des Vosges. Trendy place, and very lively thanks to its pedestrian streets which give access to many bars, restaurants, and very trendy fashion boutiques in the capital. My accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends

- 1 dining area with table and chairs for convivial meals
- 2 bedrooms with double beds and their bathroom, with shower

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine with drying option)
- 1 corner table with chairs (bar type)
Level 2
- 1 cinema room
- 1 bathroom with bathtub and WC
- 1 double bedroom
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

This apartment is quiet, modern and spacious. The host is very nice and responsive. It has three floors. The top floor is the ground floor and looks out onto a quiet courtyard with two attractive pools (decorative, not for swimming). The other two floors are below ground level which keeps the apartment nice and cool in the summer. All three floors are very well lit and bright. And there are big windows looking out to the courtyard. They all have shutters. Of the two ground floor bedrooms, one is in the interior away from the windows and the other has a small patio which has a hedge for privacy. But the area beyond that hedge is prohibited as well. So there is no problem with noise or privacy. Location is great with easy nearby access to both Les Halles and the Marais. We would absolutely stay here again.

Excellent location in the quiet but easy to find part of Le Marais. Amazing building and wonderful service and response time that comes from the team managing the property. Nothing left unanswered. Thanks and would stay again
