About this apartment rental
Summary:
Sublime apartment with terrace, fully air-conditioned with 4 bedrooms located in the famous Marais district, at the foot of Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, its shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural places.
You are close to many must-see tourist sites, in a typically Parisian building. My accommodation, spacious, bright, warm and fully equipped, is ideal for a successful stay in Paris.
The Space:
The 120m2 apartment is on the ground floor, and includes:
- A large living room with a sofa and a dining table (8 people)
- Smart TV, Wifi
- Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle)
- 4 bedrooms with double bed (160x200)
- 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 of which with toilet
- 1 bathroom with shower, bathtub and WC
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- 1 terrace of 15 m2
The cleaning fee includes clean linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional cleaning agent.
Guest Access:
Travellers have access to the entire flat.
The Neighborhood:
My flat is located at the foot of the Place de la Bastille in the heart of the famous Marais district, just a few metres from the famous Place des Vosges, its shops, cafés and restaurants,
Going up the rue Vieille du Temple, you can discover the covered market of the Enfants Rouges which is located on the rue de Bretagne, a real meeting place of the Parisians, for lunch, or just for a walk as the place is so authentic.
You will be able to taste the best falafels of Paris, located rue des Rosiers, like the famous "As du Falafel".
Fashion lovers will be delighted. The Marais is full of fashion and accessory shops, it is undoubtedly one of the best areas for your shopping sprees!
For the cultural part, the flat is located a few steps away from the Place de la Bastille and the Bastille Opera, as well as many museums (Picasso museum, Carnavalé museum...)

We had a little lovely stay at the gorgeous apartment! Johanna is an exceptional host - very accommodating of our arrival and departure times, quick to respond to any needs and queries. Could not ask for a better location in the beautiful Marais. The bedrooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We were traveling with teenagers and an elderly parent so that it has laundry and easy accessibility was essential. We will absolutely return!!

Beautiful accommodations and as pictured. Very responsive hosts. Location is fabulous. We were 4 US women on a girls trip so having 4 rooms and bathrooms worked well. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have the outdoor space. A great addition would be a dishwasher or dish rack and dish towels. Having 2 washer/dryers was very helpful. Highly recommend.

The property is exactly as it appears in the photos: beautiful, modern, and clean. Close to everything and an easy bike ride or Uber from everything. Safe area and very close to dining, grocery, museums, shopping...everything. There are modern smart TVs in every room and the kitchen is reasonably equipped. It is on the ground floor of a reasonably quiet street. The only potential thing that could be a negative for someone who is noise or sound-sensitive is that you enter the apartment from the street, so it is not sound-protected by a courtyard or another building. This was not an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again!
