Featuring beautiful wooden floors, abundant natural light, and carefully selected furnishings, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a charming stone building with elevator access.

The location is truly exceptional. Guests can enjoy an outstanding selection of boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and bars just steps from the apartment. Visit the famous “Marché des Enfants Rouges” for gourmet food and local shopping, or enjoy exhibitions and events at the “Carreau du Temple,” only a 5-minute walk away. Many iconic Parisian attractions are nearby, including the Musée Beaubourg, Picasso Museum, Place des Vosges, Île Saint-Louis, and Notre-Dame Cathedral.

This beautifully designed three-bedroom apartment is truly unique, combining elegant architecture, comfort, and refined Parisian style. We are pleased to mention that a fully operational elevator has recently been installed, and the staircase has been completely renovated. The apartment has also been recently refreshed with polished wooden floors, fresh paint, a new sofa, and upgraded lighting, all finished to a high standard.

Upon entering, guests are welcomed into an entrance area with a large window, a desk, and spacious closets where coats and luggage can easily be stored.

A few steps further down leads to the main living space, where a warm and spacious living room awaits. The area is thoughtfully arranged into three distinct spaces: the lounge, dining area, and open kitchen.

The lounge area features two comfortable sofas, an armchair, a TV, warm ambient lighting, and a modern coffee table. A charming fireplace (decorative only) and elegant abstract artwork add character and sophistication to the room. It is the perfect setting to relax with a glass of wine while enjoying your favorite music through the integrated Bose sound system. Designer lighting throughout the apartment further enhances its stylish atmosphere.

Perfectly integrated into the living room décor, the modern open kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking enthusiasts. It opens directly onto the dining area, which features a large table comfortably seating up to 6 guests.

To the left of the living room are two separate bedrooms, each offering a double bed, storage space, warm lighting, decorative artwork, and large windows. This layout allows for pleasant natural airflow between the bedrooms and the living and dining areas.

At the end of the corridor on the right side of the apartment is the third bedroom. Although slightly smaller, it benefits from a large window overlooking a quiet courtyard. The room features a comfortable double bed, storage space, hangers, and tasteful modern décor with elegant lighting.

The corridor also leads to the separate bathroom and toilet. The bathroom includes a vanity area with a basin, a large mirror, and a spacious tiled walk-in shower. The separate toilet features a WC as well as its own vanity area with a basin and large mirror.
