Very easy check in and excellent communication with staff prior to check in. Great location and comfy beds

Location was excellent, easy walk to the Louvre and cafes. Clean and easily accessible. If I'm ever back in Paris would stay here again.

The location was unbeatable, I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful spot. I loved the 2.5 bathrooms for our larger party of 8 (the 0.5 was a surprise unexpected bonus). The window tech upgrades and overall upgraded finishes were appreciated. My children loved the 2 floor layout and thought it was “the best”. Responses to general inquiries were very quick. Outdoor terrace/balcony was a welcome addition to the space and added additional dining space.

Our unit “Louvre” was on the 5th floor and the elevator was small. So it took a few elevators rides to get people and stuff up and down. My party included a young child and a couple adults with mobility issues so the elevator was necessary. The unit was also on 2 levels with a staircase inside the unit. This was fun for the kids but harder for the older adults to get to the kitchen and living area. But for a young, able-bodied party this would not have been a problem at all and an ideal place to stay. There were 3 TVs and only one remote, the other 2 requested were never delivered as promised but this wasn’t a deal breaker. The downstairs pullout couch could use replacing and was showing some wear and unevenness. I share this not to be picky but as constructive feedback because it was such a wonderful apartment in a perfect location, I’d like for it to be the best it can be.

Location was fantastic. Cleanliness and inside decor was lovely.

The pull out bed was broken and didn't pull out. We weren't able to use it and couldn't sleep on it. That ruined the experience as there were 6 of us and were were squashed on 2 beds.
