There were several maintenance and cleanliness issues during our stay. One of the drains was clogged, and water leaked after the blockage occurred. The air conditioning in the attic/upper floor was essentially not functioning. Although a washer and dryer were provided in the basement, the dryer did not work, forcing us to use a laundromat instead. The towels provided by the property were of very poor quality and left lint all over our skin and faces after use. We also found a sewing pin hidden inside the curtains. This was most likely accidentally left behind during the curtain installation process. I discovered it while opening the curtains, and it could have easily caused an injury. I have already reported all of these issues to customer service and requested that they be addressed promptly so that future guests will not experience the same problems.

Excellent location, nicely decorated rooms, comfortable beds. When we realised we had forgotten to ask for the sofa bed to be made up housekeeping arrived within half an hour of my message. We also liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate which was great for a family of four adults.

We were apprehensive about the keyless entry but in fact it worked well and removed the worry about losing keys or key cards.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—it's only about a 3–5 minute walk to the Louvre. Since I was traveling with my parents and my family on this trip, I wanted to stay somewhere closer to the city center so it would be convenient to get around. There are also plenty of restaurants right downstairs, which made dining very easy. I was also very impressed with the customer service. On our last day, we needed to store our luggage after check-out, and the staff kindly provided us with a temporary access code so that we could come back later and retrieve our bags without any hassle. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about the stay. The comfort, convenience, and location were all excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Paris.
