Sofá cama estava com problemas

Top location, right behind the Louvre museum. 2' walk from metro and nicevbreakfast spots.We had the appartment on the ground floor. Everything worked perfectly. Clean and tidy. Good working & silent airco. Sleeping couch good. Some people complain about the noise of the metro. You can here it a bit but it wont disturb your sleep ,) Good communication before arrival & during our stay. Watch the litte movie before arriving which explains how to get your key and open the door.

Small things to improve. No towel hangers in the bathroom. One single curtain in the livingroom which is too small to cover the entire window. You can not leave a window open when you leave because you are on the ground floor. An extra mirror in the bedroom would come in handy.

Location is great. The Louvre entrances are 2-3 minutes away.

Doors, windows and floors are very old and noisy. Construction noise from the outside every morning starting at 7am. (Not their fault). Light broken in the first bedroom. Couch in the Livingroom is a disaster. No AC anywhere but both bedrooms. It may not be that big of a deal but it must be disclosed up front in their listings. And the main one, the internet. There is no high-speed internet in the apartment. It's DSL (I know because I had that about 20! years ago) that measures at 2-3 mbps if you're lucky enough to even see the network on your device, because it cannot handle more than one device connected at a time. We had to work and video conference on several occasions and obviously that didn't happen. That resulted in a lot of lost income for us. And forget about streaming anything. When brought up to the management, we were told that High-Speed Internet is not listed as an amenity, to which I thought neither is the electricity. And why would I expect any of it for 700 euro per night?
