Excellent location. Very walkable. Felt safe. The unit on the inside looked incredible. It was very aesthetic and a lot of effort went into the small decorative details, which were appreciated.

The rooms were much smaller than expected. The bathrooms were also very small. This was not well represented in the images. There was no space to open our suitcase in our rooms. But I guess the small rooms go hand in hand with the great location. The other issue was the poor sound proofing of the unit. You can hear everything happening outside. There was also construction that started at 7AM which woke us up. The body wash containers were not full upon arrival. It would have been nice to have some extra towels as well. At this price point these details should not be overlooked.

The location was good, in that there were many areas that we could walk to, and there is a metro stop less than a minutes walk from it. The direct area around the location has a lot of graffiti and it felt dirty, although much of Paris was like this. Having a washer and dryer and dishwasher was helpful. The ceilings were beautiful and the main bedroom was very comfortable and clean.

For the price I had expected the place to be less tired looking. There were marks on the sofas in the livingroom, a piece of the chandelier was dangling down in the living room, and there was sticky stuff from a spill on the floor in the kitchen, that we had to clean up ourselves. The sink in the main bathroom was very backed up, taking hours to drain. There was a flickering lighblulb in the main bathroom. The air conditioning in the main bedroom kept shutting off in the middle of the night, waking us up due to the heat (we were there when it was hot outside). We had to buy our own paper towels as they had only provide part of a roll.
