Great location and good value

The location is great, the rooms where an ok size maybe too small for two guests but for solo travelers its great. The rooms where clean and tidy. The wifi was ok as well.

The elevator its quite old and small which is normal for paris. It didn’t work half the time of my stay and my room was on the fourth floor. Because there is no staff ok premise they dindt gave any information about when it was going to be fixed.

This was the cleanest room I stayed in Paris. Seperate room for bed is a plus. Everything one may need was present. They also have lockers for the baggage and you dont need anyone to manage. Location is good. Water was always warm, dont need to wait. Room temperature was okay. There is elevator which is crucial! Thank you.

Location

Small room, no sound proof but above all very cold, the heating did not work and the staff via text messages did not show the slightest willingness to understand and serve. They texted inadequate messages only to accept at the end that indeed there was an issue and someone had to restart the system. Too bad too late. Avoid the company servicing these apartments.

Lovely unit

Everything was well equipped with excellent quality….Towels, dishes, sheets. Availability for storage for luggage for before and after check in/out. Quiet location.

Good thing there was an elevator as the stairs were challenging - narrow and circular. There were large windows in our unit, but they looked out onto walls only 10 feet away. I believe all the larger units had this setup.

Good location.

We found BEDBUGS the second night and were forced to leave that day. The owner provided no additional credit despite the incredible inconvenience. Not only that but tiny elevator, place was not that clean upon arrival, bathtub in the middle of the room. Would never stay there again.

I don’t think there was a breakfast. But anyways, the room was very comfy and cozy and the room was cleaned nicely every day!

The only thing I or any other tourist would appreciate is a universal adapter, at least 1. Provided by the host for just the sake of the tenure. Also a set if toothbrush and toothpaste wouldn’t hurt.

Nice apartment in Marais neighborhood

Good location in nice neighborhood. Close to metro (3 min or less), bakery (2 min), grocery store (3 min). Nice one bedroom apartment with small kitchen area and large shower. The cleaning was done daily. Airconditioning in every room.

Great area. Really spacious apartments for the price and location, and could have made this a home base and even eaten in the apartment because of the kitchen /cutlery/ dishwasher provided.

Booked two apartments. One was great despite being on the fourth floor, but the apartment on the ground level had some kind of humidity problem and was almost unbearable to be in without the provided loud AC unit going. There was also a leak in the kitchen from of the flats above during our stay, and the smoke alarm in need of a new battery went off all night one night in the other unit. One unit was definitely great value for money, but I do feel like some of the units you have a much better stay in than others.

Great location but is not very pleasant rental to spend time in, as it only has a view of the shaft.

Stayed in rental 22 Loved: the communication with the staff, the all day storage service in the basement, the (small) elevator, the spacious rental (by Paris standards), and the cleanliness.

Didn't love: the view from both windows facing the shaft, which limited natural light; the absence of a kitchen table with chairs; the limited kitchenware; and the lack of a freezer in the fridge. They allowed us to check in half an hour earlier but not to check-out half an hour later.

Parfait!

It was my first time in Paris and I am happy I stayed here. The location was superb, Le Marais is indeed a beautiful and vibrant district - close to metro stations, cafes and shops but safe and calm despite the busyness. The accommodation itself is a gem! We stayed in Apartment 1. It was by the entrance and same level as the street but it wasn’t noisy at all. The tub, the toiletries, the cooking facilities, daily towel and linen change… wish I could’ve stayed longer. Definitely worth a stay.

Well located and good with just a couple of minor issues

Location good but because it was a quiet side street there were often a number of men just hanging around or, in one case, sleeping under cardboard.

Lighting in bed area was a bit dark. Not so keen being on ground floor as a woman - would liked to have had a choice not to be on ground floor. Shower water had a tendency to flow out of cubicle.

Great location close to the metro station and the Centre Pompidou. Appreciated having a small coffee machine in the room and a small kettle. The shower was nice, and the water hot.

One of the best Apartments in Paris and will stay again next year.

Absolutely stunning little apartment, fantastic location, well equipped kitchen with all the facilities required for a self catering stay, extremely clean, housekeeping service on a daily basis, comfortable bed and furniture, nicely decorated, love having a key code instead of having to carry a key or key card, lockers for luggage on arrival and departure which is a huge bonus, full size iron and ironing board available.

The only downside we found was the lack of a full length mirror, there is more than enough wall space in the apartment for one to be hung, the only mirror available is above the sink and not the biggest so our only negative would be this point.

At times there was a bit of an odor in the part of the flat where the shower and tub were located that came from the sewage. The flat is all one room with only the WC being separate. The shower and tub are at one end of the living space. This is a problem on the ground floor of some old Paris buildings sometime.

The communication with the handlers were a bit off The elevator broke for two whole days and we were on the fourth floor. They ignored our request to transfer to a lower floor and did not offer any compensation for that. The beds were a bit small but managable

Perfect location, great room although no particularly soundproof

For Paris standards, room was pretty big and very modern. It had AC, good shampoo & conditioner and a nespresso machine. Great system with lockers where you can leave you luggage. Perfect location and easy self check-in. Internet worked perfectly as well.

As is often the case, room wasn’t particularly sound proof, which meant you would be woken up if your next door neighbor is talking or just coming back to his/her room. I also would have liked to have a way to lock the room from my end or have a chain to add a bit of security. Since you can hear everything, it feels very close and it would make it more comfortable to know you locked your own door.

Superb

Beautiful, clean and small room in a really nice area. Everything was immaculate. The bathroom was clean and had ammenities provided. The rooms were easy to find and the street was safe with nearby restaurants.

The soundproofing was not amazing so I did hear the coughing from the person next door a fair bit, but other than that it was flawless. Paris is a very expensive city so it’s no surprise that the room isn’t cheap but it was fantastic overall.

Fantastic stay - great property in a wonderful location!

Excellent stay at Beauquartier! The location was great and the place was very comfortable. It was amazing how much was packed into a compact space. The team was very responsive to feedback. I emailed them about an issue in the bathroom and they fixed it right away. Also the coffee they supplied was great and they replenished the supplies whenever we requested.

One small point - the cupboard latch is sharp and pointy and could hurt people. Maybe a different design - or it could be placed higher.
