Completely unique apartment, so much quirk and charm. Right in the middle of Paris, no more than a 30 minute stroll from all the sights. Brilliant facilities, superb shower and comfy beds.

Barrio tranquilo, el apartamento limpio, amplio, el tener ducha y lavabo en cada habitación es muy conveniente cuando se viaja con hijos adultos. Hay supermercados cercanos y está a distancia caminable de estaciones de metro y Norte Dame. Johanna muy amable y atenta.

El tener dos habitaciones en el subsuelo con una escalera de piedra para ciertas personas (como uno de mis hijos ) puede ser un reto. El sofá cama de la sala fue conveniente para el.

Fantastic location. Responsive and friendly management. Has a cool vibe. These reasons are why we didn’t give this unit 1 out of 10 stars.

Read between the lines of the description: This is a BASEMENT apartment. That translated to a strong musty odor throughout the unit that got continually worse over the stay and necessitated the nonstop use of a dehumidifier. Allergic reactions to the must meant three guests left the unit after the first night and went to a hotel, significantly adding to the expense of the trip. Also, the top rack of the dishwasher was covered in mold by the end of our stay, probably because of the humidity. It’s also not the safest place we’ve ever stayed—the stairs going down to the lower level are extremely steep, worn and uneven. You’ll need to keep the lights on in the hallway 24/7 and I don’t recommend hauling a heavy suitcase downstairs unless you have a strong person to carry it back up safely. Finally, the towels were really cheap and rough.
