The Urban Flat In Paris team is happy to welcome you to this fully renovated old apartment with an area of 50m2 that can accommodate up to 6 people.
We are happy to announce that regardless of the number of people indicated in your reservation, we will provide sheets and towels up to the maximum capacity of the apartment.
Architect's apartment completely renovated, ideally located in the Marais, situated at the back of a secure courtyard with an area of approximately 50m2 and located on a pedestrian street, ultra-modern thanks to its latest generation equipment, and traditional with its beautiful solid oak parquet floor and exposed beams, this apartment will provide you with all the necessary comfort to feel like a true Parisian in his cozy nest.
Ideally located, in the heart of Paris just steps from the great Parisian historical sites, (Le Marais, Place de la Bastille, Place des Vosges, Place de la République, Canal Saint Martin, etc.) this apartment consists of a large and comfortable living room with TV, a large sofa that can seat 5-6 people to relax or watch television...
A fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes, etc...
A first room with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate 4 people. Room equipped with storage spaces.
A second bedroom with a double bed that can accommodate 2 people and storage space, with its own bathroom including toilet and shower.
The second bathroom, new and equipped with a shower cabin, a sink and toilets is just across from the first bedroom overlooking the living room.
You will also have at your disposal everything necessary to stay connected with the world, namely a high-speed internet connection with free wifi, cable television, with all the major French channels and most international television channels.

The location of this place was excellent, close to a nice walking street full of restaurants. Metro station a couple of blocks away and the apartment was very quiet and nice.
