Good location, within walking distance from many restaurants, a supermarket metro and Mareis attractions. A very helpful and friendly receptionist called Carine in the office of this agency.
The apartment is very run down, it is dump and smells badly. Sealing foam pops out of many cracks in the walls and there are only two small windows that are not enough to ventilate the space. Sofas are shabby and the two bathrooms are very small. The showers got blocked after first shower. Collection of keys is 15 minutes walk away from the house and returning the key early morning to the same place when leaving was an unnecessary hassle. For sure you can find a way to leave the keys in the building.
