Summary:
This sublime, light-filled flat, tastefully decorated and fully equipped, will provide you with an intense and unmissable Parisian getaway. Located in the famous "Marais", just a 7-minute walk from Beaubourg, the district is bustling with activity thanks to its many pedestrianised streets that provide access to the capital's trendiest restaurants and bars, as well as trendy boutiques. It has a wealth of museums and is close to public transport. My flat is ideal for a stay with family or friends.
The Space:
Apartment of 123 m2, air-conditioned, very well appointed for 5 people, which includes:
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, Smart television and office area
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (possibility of bringing them together to make a double bed)
- 1 bedroom with a single bed on the mezzanine
- 1 dining area with a table and 6 chairs
- 1 lounge area with sofa and television, fireplace, and library
- 1 fully equipped American kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a washing machine, a dryer, an oven and a steam oven
- 2 bathrooms with shower, bathtub
- 1 separate toilet
The accommodation has board games, games, and books for children
Each room has a desk with an ergonomic chair
Sports equipment with a rowing machine, exercise mat, ...
A piano
The apartment is equipped with cameras that do not work.
The building is currently undergoing renovation.
The cleaning fee includes fresh linens and towels for each guest and cleaning is carried out by a professional housekeeper.

My accommodation is located 9 minutes walk from the famous department store: BHV.
and 1 minute from the large Monoprix supermarket
A superb park for walking is located downstairs, you are at the bottom of rue de Bretagne

- Picasso Museum 7 minutes walk
- Notre Dame de Paris (1km)
- Louvre Museum (1.5km)
Some restaurants in the area:
- La terrasse des Archives (51 Rue des Archives): French bistro
- Hank Burger (55 Rue des Archives): burger specialty
- Strada café (94 Rue du Temple): brunch
- Le 404 (69 Rue des Gravilliers): restaurant specializing in Moroccan cuisine
My apartment is very well served by public transport, which can take you with great ease to the Eiffel Tower, the Sacré-Cœur or even the Arc de Triomphe.
I advise you to take a walk towards Rue de Bretagne which is full of typically Parisian bars and small traders.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment in Le Marais. The location could not be beat - just steps away from the metro, a great bakery, several restaurants and supermarkets, and a short walk to many of the main sights including the Louvre. The apartment was both spotless and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern living and dining room, a large bedroom with ensuite bath, two additional spacious bedrooms (one which was lofted) and a second full bath. The air conditioned bedrooms and the elevator were nice additions after spending full days enjoying Paris. The apartment also has a great view of the Eiffel Tower, which was especially charming at night!The host was very helpful when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled, and helped us to arrange our transportation from the airport.Overall, we had a wonderful experience in the apartment, and would definitely return!
