Organization of the rooms: you can consult the floor plan of the apartment to understand the layout of the rooms.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located one above the other in an open space (loft), with en-suite and en-suite bathrooms, windows with shutters that close. It's a loft-like space and when you're in these rooms, you don't see the other room, but you can talk to each other.
Bedroom 1 upstairs has a 180x190 cm double bed (en-suite bathroom 1 with bathtub and separate toilet)
Downstairs Bedroom 2 has 2 x 90x190 cm single beds that can be arranged side by side to form a double bed (en-suite bathroom 2 with large shower and separate toilet)

Please note that Bedroom 3 is totally insulated with doors that close. There are also electrically operated basement windows that can be used to ventilate all the rooms in the basement.
Bedroom 3 in the basement has a double bed 160x190 cm and 2 single beds 90x190 cm
If the 4 people in bedroom 3 prefer a little more privacy, the 2 single beds can be arranged in bathroom N°3 (This room has been equipped since 2024 with a professional dehumidifier for the comfort of the occupants, it can be used as an extra bed but ideally it is rather intended to be just a bathroom adjoining bedroom 3 with shower and toilet separated by a curtain). If you prefer an extra bed can also be arranged on request in the living room (no blinds on the windows), please let us know before arrival.

Please note: this "high-end" apartment has some rooms in the basement (vaulted stone cellars) and, due to darker rooms downstairs, these beds are offered as extra beds. The calculation of the price of the apartment takes this into account.
These basement rooms (vaulted cellars) are very pleasant in summer when it is very hot outside, as they stay very cool. In 2024 2 professional dehumidifiers were installed to avoid any humidity in the basement rooms.

Please note that it is forbidden to organize parties and make noise in this apartment (in this private mansion, the neighbors are sensitive to noise). It is also a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
