The apartment is in an excellent location close to a metro and all the big city attractions. Perfect for what our group wanted. The main issues with our stay was the poor communication with checkmyguest.fr who manages the property. No response when we landed to see if the apartment was ready and when they did respond, it could be up to 6 hours before anyone responded. At the end, check my guest.fr stopped responding. The apartment doesn’t have windows to the outside other than a few sky lights. There are no instructions anywhere on how to connect to WiFi, operate the hvac, or anything. The main apartment hvac system had an error which was reported but never got fixed. All this being said, the apartment met our needs and has its pluses such as close to many of Paris attractions, restaurants, pastry shops, grocery stores and metro. It is a great location, 3 good sized bedrooms each with their own bathroom and shower.
