Charming Cosy Triplex in Trendy Marais

Great location and very nice accommodations

We had a little challenge with the heat system as the weather was unusually cold. But we figured it out.

Beautiful, charming, clean. Location within Paris was amazing.

Close to a lot of food options and a nice neighborhood.

We had no internet for 7 out of 8 nights.

This was a great place for my sisters and me to stay in Paris. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The main living space - living room, dining room and kitchen- are beautiful with lots of natural light and architectural details. It’s hard to find a 3 bedroom place in central Paris and this one was wonderful for us as older women since it had 3 bathrooms and a kitchen outfitted for cooking. The bedrooms upstairs are very small with twin beds. We found the mattresses a bit hard for older bodies and the upstairs bathroom is within a bedroom so it’s not accessible in the middle of the night without waking up the person in that bedroom but we managed OK. The 4th bedroom is a lovely attic room with a dormer skylight but requires climbing a ladder that is within the bedroom with 2 twins. It would be great for a teenager or young adults that sleep through the night 🤣. The neighborhood is great, the building safe and pretty quiet, and all in all it was a great value for the area. Other benefits were the washer and dryer, and the walk through with the host to go over how everything worked. Wonderful place to stay- don’t hesitate to book this gem.
