Family-Weekend in Paris

The apartment is located close to Montparnasse station, on the left side of the Senne, probably one of the best spot to visit Paris. The owner has renovated 2 apartments thus obtaining various small apartments. The spaces are quite narrow so for us was not ideal with the buggy but still manageable. The apartment has all the comfort and the kitchen corner is for sure an extra.

The bed is not the typical 2-size, a little smaller but this was nit a problem. We came to Paris by car and in the area close to the apartment there are a couple of underground parking, they are expensive (as expected).

- The location is great, close to subway station, restaurants, shops, you're walking straight into old Paris. - The apartment has all you need to prepare a breakfast or dinner. - The hardware applicances were in a good conditions. - the windows overlooked a quiet and noiseless inner courtyard

- for 3 it is not so much space ... but i think this is true for most of the Paris locations. - you can hear the subway in the night, but you can use with it and i think this is true for most of the Paris locations

Convenient comfort with a few rumblings

Location was great - next to Gare Montparnasse with access to numerous metro lines and the train to Versailles. Grocery stores and a wide range of restaurants were all an easy walk up or down the street. The cleaning staff was awesome! Not only did they do an excellent job, we were able to leave our suitcases there for the day as they cleaned and when we returned in the evening they had set them up for us. They were personable when on site and answered some of our questions. Courtyard exposure was welcome as it was nice and quiet. The unit had been recently renovated and the bathroom facilities had been upgraded.

The grill in the bedroom wall created a steady whistling noise all night long, which made sleeping difficult. Recommendation to replace it with a grill with larger louvres. Also, the building rumbles regularly as it sits directly over a metro line, so that takes some getting used to. There was no instruction manual for the appliances, which would have been helpful. We also encountered confusion regarding the laundry: we had specifically booked this property as we were going to be there for a week and we required laundry access. However, upon our arrival we were notified that the policy had changed, and laundry was not available. Nevertheless, the host accommodated us. A wardrobe, or more hooks on the wall would also be an asset.

Was goed, leuke locatie.

Goed voor 2 nachten. Hele vriendelijke gastvrouw. Alles is voorzien in het appartement Mogelijkheden genoeg rond de locatie om van alles te vinden. Dichtbij Metro. Ondergrondse parking.

comfort kan net iets beter, miss iets betere stoelen te voorzien. Beperkte ruimte in slaapkamer. Er is heel weinig plaats voor in -en uitstap. Het bad is een brobbelbad maar is te klein om als volwassene er in te zitten. Naar ons gevoel teveel willen voorzien in een te kleine ruimte. De isolatie is beperkt, je hoort alles van je buren ernaast.

Parigi è sempre una buona idea

Posizione eccellente, comoda a tutti i servizi, ideale per famiglie. Spazi decisamente confortevoli, per Parigi. Appartamento dotato di ogni confort aria condizionata, riscaldamento, phon, piastra per capelli, shampoo e balsamo + gel doccia, asciugamani e biancheria da letto. Persino sale, olio, zucchero, caffè, thè e qualche dolcetto.

Nonostante la recentissima ristrutturazione inizia a vedersi qualche segno di usura.

Durchaus wieder

Die Wohnung liegt am Boulevard Montparnasse. Tour Montparnasse, Metro, zahlreiche Restaurants, Supermärkte etc. liegen quasi vor Tür. Auch einen Mercedes Viano von 1,92m Höhe konnten wir problemlos im für EUR 35 pro Tag dazu gemieteten Tiefgaragenstellplatz unterbringen. Die Wohnung erreichten wir über den Fahrstuhl für die geraden Stockwerke im 2. Stock. Durch seinen sehr schmalen Flur geht es dann in die modern ausgestattete Wohnung, die vollkommen ruhig zum Garten liegt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief ausschließlich über die Nachrichtenfunktion von booking.com. Deshalb werden im Vorfeld auch Scan-Ins der Personalausweise etc. gefordert und eine Kaution auf der Kreditkarte reserviert.

Das Schlafsofa ist nicht sonderlich bequem und wir konnten uns schwerlich vorstellen, hier unsere Tage zu viert verbracht zu haben – dazu war es dann in unseren Augen doch zu eng. Aber für drei Personen, Gepäck und Hund konnten wir uns gut arrangieren. Tagsüber hört man immer wieder das Brummen der Metro, was einem aber auch den besonderen Paris-Flair gibt und uns nicht weiter störte.

Tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Das Appartement lag zur Rückseite und war daher ruhig. Die Metro hat uns nicht gestört. Es ist alles vorhanden, was für einen Aufenthalt benötigt wird.

Das Appartement ist sehr klein. Würde es mit max 2 Personen buchen.

Für uns als Familie einfach perfekt.

Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und sind an einem Sonntag angereist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sogar am Sonntag sehr gut funktioniert. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit haben wir eine Antwort erhalten. Das einchecken und auschecken war unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung.

Acomodação muito boa, como aparece nas fotos, tem uma ótima localização, perto de tudo, restaurante, mercado, farmácia, estação de transporte… Fácil acesso. Tem ar condicionado, elevador, pontos positivos, possui todos os utensílios de cozinha, coisas de limpeza. Limpeza impecável, acomoda muito bem 3 pessoas, 4 fica um pouco apertado. Não faltou nada. Ficamos 5 dias, não há limpeza. Anfitrião super gentil, atencioso e responde rápido. Recomendamos.

地理位子绝佳！楼下就有地铁、公交车去往各个景点，我们从巴黎东站坐4号地铁，走几步路就到民宿了！楼下还有各式各样的餐厅，有中餐、日本餐、土耳其烤肉店、还有酒吧，价格实惠，超市，可以买菜回来做饭，非常非常方便！店家还赠送了小糕点和茶包，我的孩子很喜欢，说下次我们来巴黎还会再次预定这家民宿！

很多人反映晚上楼下酒吧说话噪音问题，地铁声音我没听到，我们就住的临街靠窗户房间，是听的清晰，但我们在巴黎早起晚回家很累，到了民宿洗了澡就想睡觉，不觉得是一个问题！

excelente apartamento, localização, franprix ao lado para compras de mercado, vários restaurantes na rua e a 750 m da Estação Montparnasse, e metro na esquina. Se tratando de Paris achei espaço bom, prédio bem conservado e apartamento limpo.

informações de acesso mudaram no dia, e tive dificuldade, mas enviei mensagem e prontamente me deram um novo código valido. um pouco de barulho do metro que passa embaixo do apartamento, mas nada que impeça de ficar novamente, sofá-cama nao é muito confortável.
