Perfectly located close to Metro and Bus in one direction, bakery, city supermarkets and bars, restaurants the other. The street stays somewhat busy during the night, with Paris nightlife passing you by: it never gets completely quiet, but that's to be expected in this area.
The building interior itself is beautiful, with a lovely old-fashioned elevator and the scent of history, marble and polished wood.
The double bed is very comfortable, all utilities, fans, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, Wifi in perfect condition.
Could have spent months here: a true pied-a-terre.
The fold-out couch bed didn't go horizontal all the way, so had to do some diagonal sleeping which took a little getting used to.
