Die Lage war ausgezeichnet am Rande der City von Paris. Restaurants und einen Supermarkt fand man in der Nähe. Sehr gute Anbindung an den ÖPNV, aber auch zu Fuß war man in einer knappen Stunde am Louvre. Die Wohnung lag ruhig im Hinterhaus an einem üppig mit blühenden Blumen bewachsenen Hinterhof. Die Einrichtung war vollständig und geschmackvoll; die Wohnung wird wohl auch von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt. Die Treppe in das Obergeschoss, wo sich das Bad und die Schlafzimmer befinden, ist steil und von Gästen mit Gehbehinderung wohl nicht zu benutzen.
Die Spülmaschine hat ihre Brauchbarkeit überlebt. Wir sind auf Spülen per Hand umgestiegen.
