Appartement Cosy - Tour Eiffel

Pros: Close to stores, Restaurants, and other tourist area. Washing machine and dryer, plates and utensils available. Host was nice. Good price.Cons: Not for family of 4 as advertised, heating situation was horrible, communication about getting in or leaving was not provided.Overall, not bad but can be better.

The space was perfect for what we needed -- a place to sleep in our extended layover in Paris. The location was great although not as close to the main attraction as I originally thought -- but, the walk was nice and our family enjoyed it. The host was extremely kind and enthusiastic. There were some downsides, but I'm hoping this feedback will help the host make some changes for future guests. The home itself was very clearly lived in and not a dedicated VRBO. There was laundry in the washing machine, general cleanliness was unfortunately not up to par to other properties I have stayed, towels and linens didn't quite feel clean and the towels had a slight odor after using them... The space itself was much smaller than it looked in the photos, the sofa bed, which was the largest and main bed was not pulled out or made, and my husband and I squeezed in the smaller ones with each of our kids to avoid having to handle the sofa, which was quite dirty. I would not recommend for a family of four, although it does say it sleeps four. Thank you for your hospitality and I hope this feedback is helpful!
