The apartment has super think walls, you can hear neighbours taking like they are next to you. The apartment (especially the bathroom) needs renovation

Disgusting and disappointing!!

Noise from other residents noise from street heater was an electrical oil burner bathroom was dirty hair in bed sheets floor had coffee spilt on it very small I booked a 1 bedroom apartment got a studio - side table next to bed dirty - I had to disinfect the bathroom - drain was blocked - mould and scum - fire hazard with all the electrical cords - see photos - near empty toilet rolls under sink to use - nothing about this place was nice - lift did not work- do not book this property - VERY DISAPPOINTED BOOKING.COM that you rate it highly!!! Would like a refund!!

A nice apartment with perfect location

The location was amazing and safe, right in the heart of a great neighborhood. We had everything we needed. The bed was clean and nice.

All in all, it didn’t matter that much, but the shower could use an upgrade, as it didn’t feel totally clean. The kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom sink were new and there weren’t any problems.

Le logement n’a pas été à la hauteur de nos espérances

Excellent emplacement ,lit confortable et logement propre.

Studio trés mal insonorisé (nous avons vécus avec nos voisins), pas de rideaux occultants et très mal équipé : pas de four alors qu’il y a l’emplacement, pas de torchon, la vaisselle est encore emballée , notamment les couteaux qui coupent vraiment et restent donc inaccessibles car leur emballage ne peut être ouvert avec les couteaux à bout rond présents , aucun espace pour poser la vaisselle lavée , pas de shampoing mais 1 litre de bain moussant bas de gamme en guise de gel douche, pas de tv, la banquette est inconfortable au possible car pas de coussins pour le dossier, 1 seul spot sur 3 fonctionnaient dans la salle de bain , pas de lampe de chevet sur la table de nuit recouverte d’une planche de contreplaqué amovible

Il check-in è stato rapido ed efficace, grazie al sistema automatico e alle informazioni chiare e dettagliate fornite dal proprietario. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione centralissima, a due passi dalla Tour Eiffel: senza dubbio il lato più positivo dell’esperienza! La zona è molto tranquilla e ci siamo sempre sentiti al sicuro. L’alloggio è di dimensioni contenute, ma perfetto per un breve weekend: c’è tutto ciò che serve (letto, divano, angolo cottura con i principali utensili, tavolo pieghevole, mensole, frigo e persino una macchinetta per il caffè 😍). Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo considerando che siamo nel cuore di Parigi. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la possibilità di visitare Parigi a piedi, senza doverci spostare troppo.
