This delightful 66 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city. It is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers, perfect for guests exploring its enchanting streets.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a tastefully furnished and bright living space, thanks to the large tall windows that fill the apartment with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable sitting area where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.
The bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a queen bed and two single ones, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest.
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Once a quiet area of farms and vineyards, the neighbourhood grew rapidly during the 19th century, turning into a lively residential district that has been home to notable figures like writer Simone de Beauvoir and fashion designer Christian Dior.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Sèvres-Lecourbe, is just a 9-minute walk.
Paris-Orly Airport is a 30-minute drive from the property.
Important Information for Residents:
Lift Usage: Please press "E" instead of "1" for the lift, as the flat is on the mezzanine level.
Dining Room: Extendable table (1.65m diameter) accommodates 6-8 people. Refer to the attached document for the extension mechanism.
It should be noted that these are old buildings; avoid turning the extractor hood up to 3 (i.e. maximum), putting the washing machine or dishwasher on after 9pm, and talking too loudly in the kitchen.
Never leave the key inside the lock: if the door slams and the tenant is outside, it will no longer be possible to open it, even with a second key.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
